Perfect getaway! The house was super clean and cozy. It was exactly as described. They even put up a Christmas tree which we loved and was such a nice surprise!! We had the best time!! Can’t wait to vacation there again in the summer when we can use the pool! Thank you so much for the best weekend away!

Great place to stay with a family, quiet neighborhood. The house is older but well kept, we would stay again if in the area.

We had a wonderful family holiday gathering at A.J.’s place in Nether Providence. A beautiful home that was very conveniently located and comfortable for a large group. A.J. was helpful and communicative. A real find!

Megan’s place was perfect for the surprise bday get-a-way I planned for my husband! Super clean, private and rural but close to conveniences. Great scenery and can’t say enough about the heated pool even in November. Megan was the best host and available for all our needs. The only negatives, which really were minor, the ice machine wasn’t working and by the time we got it going it was too late, so would be nice if that were checked and running before guests arrive and the bedroom tv, for some reason, didn’t have good signal like in the living room and froze frequently. Again, both minor. We will definitely consider going back and recommend to others. Would be fun to go back with the grandkids next time! They would love the pool and fishing in the creek.

Once again the River house is a well appointed comfortable stay! The swimming pool is a gem! The house is bright and well located; very clean. There is great and comfortable furniture. The views are beautiful and the location is wonderful. We will be back next year!

Wonderful place to stay when visiting West Chester. Beautiful home in a great location - close to the University and within walking distance of several shops and restaurants. Well stocked everything you could need with plenty of room for a family or small group.

We loved this sweet farm house! The space was perfect for our group- plus the sweet dogs and chickens made it extra magical! Sheila was a gem of a host! We will absolutely stay again in our next trip to Lancaster!

Lovely stay in a charming home! Safe, warm and welcoming. Would stay again when in the area next. Worked well for our family—ample common spaces and clean, well appointed bedrooms and bathrooms.

We love the place! it was exactly what we expected, but it was even better than the pictures. there are lots of fun things to do right in the town. You could walk to the town in 10 or 15 minutes, but we opted for the 2-minute drive instead. Kitchen Kettle is great And there were lots of cute little shops and things. The house was in great shape and it was perfect for the six of us. there are two full bathrooms that are both in public areas so the bedrooms all felt pretty even which is nice when traveling with three couples. It was easy to share the two bathrooms. The kitchen is big and the island is spacious and it's also nice that the couches are in the same space as the kitchen and the table. It's a really nice common area. I guess technically The description said that the house is a shared space because someone lives downstairs or something, but for all intents and purposes it felt like we had the whole place to ourselves. We loved it!

First time booking on Air b&b. Home was beautiful plenty of space for our family and out of town family to stay together under one roof. With a small extra fee we could bring our senior dog. The house was very clean and provided amenities such as trash bags, paper towels, and dishwasher tabs. There was also a welcome basket with snacks. We had plenty of clean towels, and beds were already made. We would gladly book again with visiting family.

Derek's place was awesome! Plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance and having a garage to park in was a huge plus. We will definitely be back!

Highly recommend this stay! The hosts were very proactive, responsive, & flexible with check-in. Loved the local recommendations & the personal touches throughout the AirBNB. As hosts they’ve thought of everything! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay & felt very cozy & right at home with no amenities lacking. Well worth the price paid & would definitely stay again!

Kaitlyn was a wonderful host. Very responsive and made us feel welcomed. The apartment was as described, looked just like the pictures, and was extremely clean and updated. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay. We enjoyed the family room in the basement. The reading nook and play kitchen was a hit with my smaller children and my 9 year old loved the basketball game. The shared outdoor area is very nice, we enjoyed the scenery while playing mini golf. Everything you need is provided in the apartment along with great activities there, and is in walking distance to multiple shops, bakeries, and restaurants. Also a 5 minute drive to the outlets and other attractions as well. The beds were very comfortable which is always a plus when staying away from home. 10/10 recommend and definitely planning to return in the future. Thank you for such a wonderful stay.

From the moment we arrived to the day we left, Maureen and Jeff remained the perfect Airbnb hosts. They checked in on us periodically and promptly answered questions, plus clear instructions were provided on site. The home is cozy, spotless, well equipped and comfortable. The next time we visit West Chester, we'll definitely reserve with them again.

We had a great stay with close access to Delaware University in a quiet neighborhood. Anything you need from Acme to Wawa was just a quick drive but all the basics were included which makes travel so much easier. Especially when you forget the shampoo! Unfortunately we lost power for a little bit but Suzy was quick to respond and keep us updated while the power company fixed the issue in the area. She made sure to alert us when power was restored. Obviously losing power was out of her control but keeping us informed was so appreciated knowing we would return to power and heat! We would recommend Suzy's place and would stay again if we find ourselves back in the area.

Overall, probably the best Air BnB we have stayed in for our specific needs. Clean, great layout, good location relative to my needs (work in Wilmington, family in Newark). Everything we needed to stay with baby, toddler and 3 adults. Only drawback is that it is on a busier road. Which is only problematic for us because we have a fast toddler who has no fear, and there is a little bit of noise.

We had a small family group stay at the Beach House in North East for Thanksgiving, and it was perfect in every way for our group. Plenty of room, fantastic location and water views, easy beach access, very well-equipped kitchen, warm and cozy living room area, and great communication from Alexis. We hope to return again soon!

It’s really an elegant nice home . I feel very comfortable to live here. I can find anything I need and I can feel the happiness of the family.Dani is a warm-hearted careful hostess. She left many candies and milk for the kids. That’s really sweet. But I experienced the Phily flood when I’m in the house. Fortunately, there isn’t serious result and I got assistant info fm Dani at her first time. That’s really a kind of funny and serious situation!

this house is beautiful and it was our perfect getaway. My boyfriend I came here to enjoy our weekend and we went to Longwood gardens for the Christmas event. It was only a 25 minute drive, very easy to get to and it was amanzinggg. We unfortunately didn't have enough time to enjoy the area around us more, but we are definitely telling our friends about this house for our next trip to Longwood gardens. The hot tub came in handy after 8 hours of walking! Theirs more then enough space to invite others. I was pleasantly surprised about the upstairs bathroom. Heated floors! I'm sure it was mentioned in the description, but it was still a nice touch. highly recommend. I would love to visit again. 🤗
