Overall very nice place to stay. Convenient location near to Bryn Mawr College and downtown. The apartment was clean and comfy. Dave was very responsive whenever we needed help and responded almost immediately, which was especially helpful when my 18-yo daughter got locked inside her bedroom accidentally (the lock on the door probably should be replaced). Dave coached us over the phone on how the gently jimmy the door without breaking anything.

We loved staying here. The location is beautiful and just a few doors down from the beach. The place was perfectly sized and clean. As a plus, Monica surprised us with a birthday bottle of wine and balloons as a gift. I highly recommend staying here!

Amazing place, super cozy and beautiful inside. The location is great, really close to everything but backs right up to the woods so it feels really peaceful and private. Skeitha was so chill and nice! I definitely want to be back

Tyler's place was the perfect house for our Spring break getaway! This house has EVERYTHING you need for traveling away from home. The house itself gives off a warm and cozy homelike vibe and we couldn't have been more comfortable. Tyler was very helpful and responsive from the beginning to the end of our trip. Although the highlight of our trip was supposed to be Great Wolf Lodge (which is only 15 mins away), there was so much to do at Tyler's. From the kayaks, indoor & outdoor games, swing, beautiful view of the water, BBQ (grill) and relaxing sunporch & deck, we could not have asked for a more accommodating place. Would definitely book again. Thanks Tyler!

It was really cozy place! We love it! Nice neighborhood and walking distance to restaurant and bar. Owner is lovely person. We would like to stay again.

Nick's home was beautiful and very comfortable. We spent the weekend there for my husband's birthday with my grown children and grandchildren. We were within walking distance of all the things we wanted to do in town, plus good restaurants. I would definitely recommend this house to others, it was awesome with all the amenities like home and a great layout. The only downside was the early checkout time of 10 a.m., so we felt a bit rushed getting out with five adults, a toddler and a baby.

Place was clean and well maintained. Quaint with a beautiful outdoor area that we really enjoyed Easter morning!

Very nice and spacious house. Amazing views. Our family really enjoyed staying here and we would be happy to return next time we are visiting the area.

We had a great stay. The house was very clean and matched the description and photos. The yard is very large and nice for outdoor activities. Many local attractions and restaurants are less than 10 minutes from the house. As well, multiple horses and buggies came by the house during our stay. Kayla even provides a list of recommended things to do, restaurants, etc., which we found very useful for choosing great dinner locations. Only thing to be mindful is that there is a lot of road noise from Route 30, so plan to bring a noise machine for sleeping at night to cover the road noise.
