Great place and location. Only 8 minute walk from the a nice beach. The place was cute, functional, and clean.

My family and I were extremely satisfied with our stay! The location to the beach was phenomenal~ the ability to come back and have a pool and hot tub was an added bonus! The home worked out perfect for us ~ the beds were comfortable and the pictures match exactly what you will find! The view of the sunset was stunning from the rooftop, too! We would stay again~

Great location, exactly as listed. Came with all the essentials plus more. The condo was perfect for us and our 18 month old and the brand new pack and play was much appreciated. Very friendly beach town with the softest white sand!

“Better than the Ritz” MAGICAL sunrises that are visible from just about anywhere on the property. Enjoyed peaceful evenings by the glistening water that surrounds. Enjoyed chatting with my 2 teenagers at the dining table on the screened in porch. My 14 year old son loved that he could fish all day and night. (Bait shop was only a 5 min drive) All 3 beds were luxuriously comfortable. Loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom tucked into it with luxury showers and tastefully simplistic design. The cottage is built with AUTHENTIC wood (cedar i think?) that adds to the feeling of being grounded in nature. Nice pool steps from the back door. Sunsets on the beach are an easy walk across the street. The “Our Place” toaster oven/air fryer works great. Cooking with a view is much more enjoyable! Wish I could live here and would love to return asap. Thank you Jack for your hospitality!!!

The house made us feel like we were at home away from home! The house had everything we would need for our week stay and made us feel comfortable. The beds were super comfortable. The hot tub was a plus, didn't expect to actually use it but it was nice after the long eventful days. Alot of space outback if you want some sunshine or even some shady spots and fenced in is great for dogs and privacy! Nice neighborhood. Each beach is about a 20 minute drive. Overall, this house was a good choice for us.

Montana’s place was exactly as described. My grandchildren stopped by to visit and I appreciated the fact that it was kid friendly. I visit Sarasota often and would definitely stay here again if it’s available .

Great location with lots to do in walkable restaurants. The host was great and the neighbors were great. Highly recommend.

We are so happy and blessed to had found this home available. It was more than what we expected. Everything was clean and in order. Our host was responsive and available during our stay. We loved and enjoyed the pool very much and had everything we needed to have fun days at the beach . We would definitely stay here again. We are Very very happy. Thank you.

We were a family of 3 with one toddler aged 3. The check-in and check out was a breeze. We were comfortable in the queen bed as our toddler sleeps with us but would be great if the bed was king. The place was clean and well maintained inside. The location is wonderful, it was lively and is right next to a park. Our toddler had a good time having fun at the park as it’s just a few steps away. There are quite a few restaurants so food is very easy to find. But if you are on a tight budget you would need to drive from 7-15 minutes to get the big franchise foods. The area is very peaceful and felt very safe walking at nights. The house comes with beach chairs and laundry along with a shower outside the house. So going to the beach and spending time at the beach is very easy as it’s also just a few minutes walk. I see this property having a lot of potential with some tweaksthat would make it even wonderul for small familieis and couples. Overall we had a very pleasant stay and recommend it
