Monthly Rentals in Bean Hollow State Beach

Nice quick getaway from the Bay Area. Simple, clean, has pretty much all your amenities. Anyone that’s stayed in a tiny house knows there’s a few quarks you have to deal with but this one was probably the most comfortable overall. Felt totally private from the main home with complete separate entrance.

We came as vendors to the town’s annual pumpkin festival, so that took all of our time—we didn’t get to enjoy the surroundings, restaurants, or much else, so I can’t speak to that. The studio was a place to sleep, shower and repeat, but we didn’t need more than that. It was very clean, had all we needed, and was in a nice residential neighborhood that felt safe and walkable. We are planning on using it again next year.

My best friend and I stayed here on our annual girl's trip, and the space was perfect! it was just the right size for two of us and did feel like a home when we were there. the skylights bring in some gorgeous light, too. It felt like it was right down the road from Santa Cruz too, which we fully took advantage of. Nathan and Schlomit were so helpful and were very clear in their communication. Definitely will keep this place on my list for future visits!

A perfect place for a family Thanksgiving retreat! This home is located in a most gorgeous natural setting right on the oceanfront, breathtaking views from almost every window. All listed amenities were present and we comfortably accommodated 8 people and could have added 2 more. The kitchen appliances are all excellent quality and in good working order and the workspace is great for multiple cooks. Our two grandsons (ages 7-1/2 and 3-1/2) never ran out of things to do. So many toys and games and movies for all ages. In short, this house was the most amazing place we have ever stayed with a larger group and Stefan was a kind, flexible and helpful host. He even made sure we had a roasting pan for our turkey!! Highly recommend.
