Vacation rentals with beach access in Beadnell Bay

Lovely property in a delightful area. Metro only 50 yards away one way, Beach 50 yards away the other. Lisa very helpful.

We enjoyed our three night stay. The flat had everything that we needed. Being on a quiet street,very close to the town centre and the shore it was a good base to go walking from. No complaints.

My fourth visit and certainly not my last. Everything you could need and in a perfect location, with stunning views, coastal walks, beaches, excellent restaurants, local shops, weekly market all within walking distance.

Fantastic location, underfloor heating lovely. Happy overall. It’s a shame the local pubs/inns didn’t provide food on a nightly basis. Lovely food when available. Hope and Anchor does good food at a cost!!!!! Sun Inn great and very welcoming.

Really enjoyed our short break with our dogs.Barry was very helpful and arranged for us to arrive earlier. Cosy and warm cottage everything we needed and convenient shop opposite. Thanks again

a truly beautiful apartment, immaculately clean, there can't be a better location right on the front facing the sea with amazing views, parking was easy at the side with the free permit included. super host, friendly and responsive, clear and easy access information. really spacious homely apartment with a nice well equipped dining kitchen, and a stunning lounge with bay window and the view! . the main bedroom also had a sea view. Tynemouth Front St is just a few mins away. Best air bnb weve stayed in Tynemouth. definitely recommended!..

We had a lovely stay at Shona’s place. She went above and beyond our expectations to make our stay comfortable and memorable with our “wee” 1 year old who loved the outdoor space and we all had the best 3 nights sleep we’ve had in a long time! ☺️ Both Shona and her husband John were extremely welcoming and very friendly. The apartment itself is tastefully decorated with everything you could need and more! The location was perfect for us - a 5 minute walk to the local shop, pubs, restaurants and we were able to park right outside. Thank you! We’ll be back to stay again 🫶🏻

This is a gem of a place, really tastefully done apartment, very comfortable sofas and bed. Beautiful aspect, light pours in, great place to linger and enjoy. Central location for exploring the coastline. Short walk to beach and The Landinds cafe, resturant at Beadnell Bay. Would highly recommend.

We loved loved loved this place! Hoping to come back soon. The house was perfect for my family (2 adults and 2 kids). The kids loved the enclosed garden, the toys and games around the place. I loved the utility room (I know 🤦‍♀️😂), the living room space, the en-suite and the kitchen/dining space. I also really loved the location, we walked to the beach and the park each day. The whole estate was quiet and friendly. Gary was proactive in giving great (free) ideas of what we could do when the weather changed. He was friendly and helpful without interrupting our holiday. I cannot put into words how much we loved the house. There were so many lovely touches round the house (like automatic lights on the stairs) which made the house exciting to the kids. We loved this property and would definitely book it again!

One of our favourite properties we have ever stayed in from Air B and B. The lodge was very cosy with beautiful views particularly from the kitchen and sitting room, of the sea on one side and open fields on other. Great location also- just yards outside was the door was the choice of beautiful cliff walk or Coldingham Sands beach. Kitchen is also very well equipped, although due to the position of the lighting was a little dark when it trying to preparing food as you end blocking the light with your back. Bed and sofa very comfy! Only difficulty was that we struggled to work the shower in bedroom but we’re able to use the one over the bath in the main bathroom so wasn’t really a problem Would love to visit again and will be recommending to others!

Brilliant location in the heart of Amble. Local shops, restaurants and cafes less than a minute walk away. On street parking outside property. Very clean and comfortable property nice wood burner and great shower in bathroom. Would definitely recommend staying here 5⭐️

From the moment we stepped through the door of Steph’s place we felt right at home, the house was spotless and so comfortable. The decor was beautiful. It is in the ideal location to access all amenities as well as the local beaches and to collect seaglass. The communication was great and the instructions were clear. Thank-you for a relaxing stay we shall definitely be back

Hellen was such a star and her kindness added to the home, welcomine feeling of the house. Ideally located 15 mn from Seaham, in a peaceful streets with two little shops nearby if you need anything… And the house is so well equipped, so comfy. A huge thanks, everything was absolutely perfect!

Lynda was such a friendly and kind host. Marine cottage was lovely - exactly as described. Short walk to the Harbour, town, restaurants. Easy drive to Alnwick castle, lindisfarne and miles of gorgeous coastline. Wonderful to then come back to such a gorgeous, cosy cottage with everything we needed. The little touches- loads of towels, detailed instructions, hand wash by sinks etc made it a really relaxing stay. Would definitely recommend!

Our first ever Airbnb and we were blown away! Claire is a great host, providing lots of fantastic local info before we arrived and clear instructions for the use of the house, even allowing us to book dates that weren’t originally available. The house is incredible, it’s light, spacious and so so clean! Attention to detail and design makes the whole place feel homely. After a long day of adventure with the kids this house was a joy to return too. The beach is stunning and so close, the landing bar/grill serves the best breakfast and the kids were in heaven with the vast rock pools and huge dunes all on the door step. I have already indicated we’ll be returning for another adventure next year!

Another fantastic stay! Great host with clear communication. Perfect location to explore Northumberland. Comfortable and clean with added extras like milk, bread, jams and biscuits which were really appreciated. Would definitely recommend!

Always lovely to stay at The Old Library! Debbie is a lovely, helpful host. The super duvet and blankets were also appreciated in this cold weather!

Great comms from the host. Its worth noting that the property has many stairs, should that pose an issue for your booking. That being said, the property and the surroundings were superb We will return next year

The apartment is on a quiet street, just a couple of minutes walk away from the seafront and situated between Cullercoats and Tynemouth village which are both within easy walking distance. Lisa and Gavin were excellent hosts, providing lots of clear information and tips, and always very responsive. Check-in was easy. The flat looks just like the pictures and is well-equipped. We had a lovely weekend in Tynemouth, would definitely recommend!

The accommodation was as stated in the description. There was everything that you needed to enjoy your stay, it was very clean and well equipped . Bed was very comfortable and the bonus of off street parking was great.
