Monthly Rentals in Beachwood

Sam is amazing. Ou wifi was damaged by the storm in early August. He contacted technician and had it fixed on the next day. He also gave us spared toilet paper, body washes and shampoos. The neighborhood is awesome. We had a very pleasant stay.

Looked like the photos. I stayed for 4 months so I did have to buy a few extra things, but that’s expected. It is a perfect location for a short time. You’re right next to Dave’s supermarket and there are nice restaurants around the area. I will say the surrounding area is a bit sketchy at night but it makes up for it in the day. The apartment is really nice for someone solo or for a couple.

This is a very good place for short stay. If you are planning for a week or more, you may have an issue with the couches unless you are younger than me :). The mattress and pillows were very comfortable! Kitchen was well stocked. It was only missing coffee. The house has lots of characters and it is in an old and quite neighborhood which we liked it very much. There is a plaza just 5 minutes away on foot. You can find everything in this plaza including a grocery store. We would stay there again for sure.

I stayed at Rachel’s place for the first 6 weeks of my work contract and it was exactly what I needed to get settled into Cleveland. The property was clean and stocked with a starter kit of necessary supplies and toiletries. Plenty of cookware for the stay. The unit didn’t have heating/cooling controls (I think the upstairs unit had the controls), but there are two electric fireplaces and a couple fans to make it more comfortable. The only thing I didn’t like was the firm bed. If you sleep on a soft mattress at home and plan on staying for a while, your back will not be too happy. The neighborhood is safe and walkable. Plenty of shops and restaurants in the area. Whenever I had a question or problem, Rachel was very responsive and easy to communicate with.
