Our stay at Philip’s apartment was absolutely wonderful! The apartment was incredibly comfortable, clean, and perfectly suited to our needs. It felt like a home away from home, with everything thoughtfully arranged to ensure a pleasant stay. What truly stood out, however, was Philip’s kindness and support throughout our time there. We had a great long-term stay at this place, and it was a wonderful experience. The location is near the lake, surrounded by trees. It is within walking distance of Bell Blvd, where you can find restaurants, shops, and everything you need. The place is well-decorated and very clean. Evan is a very responsive and helpful host. We definitely recommend this place.

My husband and I came to NY from Puerto Rico for a medical procedure, we stayed for 3 months. Would’ve stayed longer, but the place was already booked and although Richard was accommodating us into another apt, it didn’t work out due to stairs.We really felt at home in Richard’s place and he was extremely helpful and available whenever we needed him. We will definitely be back! We highly recommend Richard’s place, you will love this place. Very quiet with a Comfortable bed, couch and many closets. The area is spectacular with many different ethnic restaurants, a very peaceful quiet place. Thank you Richard for making our stay a peaceful and comfortable one. We will definitely be back next summer.

This private studio was just what I needed as temp housing while I waited for my rental home to be ready. It had everything I needed, close to the Bayside train station and restaurants on Bell Blvd, and the hosts were so nice. The parking was within a few blocks every night, as its on the street, but it wasn't hard to find parking.
