i was originally staying somewhere else but water service was not on service. i was able to find this beautiful place same day i had to vacate the previous place. steve didn’t hesitate and allowed me to book for that same day. i was tired driving…and right upon arrival i felt like home. i was able to relax, get coffee and see the Nature around. this is a beautiful place to stay. great location and safe area!!

Stayed here for a week with a group of friends and our first impression was how clean the place was. We felt right at home and it was clear that there was a lot of thought put into the place to make it as convenient and comfortable for us as possible. Instructions were clear and Zandra is a great communicator. It is a short drive to Old San Juan but worth it.

Soooo much to say about an AMAZING/PRISTINE property! From waking up to and showering with the most beautiful view, to taking a dip in the pool after a long day, our stay was nothing less than amazing! Looking forward our next visit already!

Impeccable in cleanliness and order. Well-equipped kitchen. Large Laundry with new, modern and fast washer and dryer. The garage a bit narrow, I almost couldn't get out (I'm fat) but after getting all down from the guagua, I hit the wall and there I could get down. But it's long, I think they fit more than 2 vehicles. The road in the front is quite crowded and the cars pass at high velócity, you have to proceed with care. But once you check in, you have complete privacy, A/C in the 3 bedrooms, in the living room/kitchen/dining room, and in the TV room. Solar energy so you don't have an outage in the service. Very nice stay, location close to everything you need, and cleanliness of everything. I'd love to return in the future.

The place offers beautiful views and it fit my party of 11 people. It was a little hard to find at first but once you know how to get there you won’t be lost again. The host was very responsive and helpful. We had a good stay.

It was an amazing stay, real quiet beautiful environment. Felt right at home beautiful kitchen, comfy rooms and living room. Also had board games to play whenever we were just chilling at the house. I’d give my stay a 10/10

Great stay! Very clean and many amenities and included toiletries as well. We did not cook but kitchen had a few things. She was kind to leave waters and candies. Place was quaint but still spacious. Area very safe. I would stay again. Not in the heart of the casual things to do but still was decent. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. No major complaints.

Hilda’s house is simply a perfect place to spend a time away from home. Has everything needed and more for the convenience of the guests. Hilda is a wonderful person, very communicative and attentive to needs. A Plus Host to deal with. 100% recommended!!!

Faridy was a great host ! The house was beautiful and looked exactly like the pictures. Really cozy and quiet block. Next to restaurants and stores. Also I quick trip to San Juan. Highly recommend and would stay again!

We had a wonderful time at Dennis’s place, celebrating my fiancé’s 40th birthday! The place was decorated prior to our arrival and my fiancé loved the surprise. It felt like we were at home. The area is very nice and walkable. The views from the balcony are gorgeous. The beach chairs and cooler definitely came in handy! Dennis was such a wonderful host. He made sure that we had everything we needed and was very communicative.

This apartment in San Juan is absolutely fantastic! It’s beautifully clean and perfectly blends a modern aesthetic with a charming beach-town vibe. The location couldn’t be better—everything you need is just a short walk away. The host was outstanding—super communicative, incredibly accommodating, and went above and beyond to make the stay seamless. I would wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone visiting San Juan!

We enjoyed our stay everything was clean and just as pics looked online. Jose was very responsive and respectful we will continue to use him on our trips to Puerto Rico. The price was good also over all I give 5stars!!

I had a very nice stay. The place was as described and a very central location. Pat was incredibly kind and accommodating when I had an emergency and had to leave a bit early. Very grateful for her help in a tough situation. The one thing is that there’s quite a bit of street noise as it’s a busy area, I wasn’t prepared but if you’re sensitive, a pair of earplugs is all you need.

An amazing apartment within steps from the beach, what more could you ask for? Jose was a great host, very responsive and friendly. This Airbnb was perfect for those who want to be close to the beach and all the fun restaurants along Ashford, while still being in a quiet building! I would definitely stay here again. As a bonus the air conditioning worked great!

This place was such a nice stay and Vivian was so helpful, friendly, and responsive. The photos of the manatees from the balcony were not exaggerated—we could watch the manatees and sea turtles from the balcony all day! Great walkable location, the room was super clean, and the AC worked wonderfully which was important.
