This place is clean, well equipped, and safe. There is a washer and dryer and full kitchen. The bedding seems new and is very clean. Nice furniture. The host is very responsive and does whatever he can to help. Excellent communication. Highly recommended this place.

Miguel and his colleagues were so helpful. They were also patient and considerate. My friend locked herself out of her room and Miguel came in less than 15 min to open it up for her. Every time I texted Miguel he texted back right away. The place was clean and fun. We loved the pool and grill in the backyard. Everything was 100% GREAT! If I could give 10 stars, I would.

I loved every bit of my stay at la casita. Angelique went above and beyond with every detail before arriving in PR she provided me with great recommendations to visit and great suggestions on places to eat. I really loved the fact that she was only a phone call away in case I had a question. La casita felt like home away from home. Angelique’s attention to detail with all the amenities she offers at the casita far exceeded my expectations. I would definitely go back and chose la casita and/or other places Angelique has in different parts of the island because I LOVED my whole stay at la casita. Thank you Angelique🙂.🇵🇷🥰

The photos do not do this house justice! It is absolutely stunning in photos but even more incredible in person! We could not have been more impressed! The house was in pristine condition and we could not have picked a better house to stay! Karl was an amazing host, always responsive and polite. The only issue was the address. It was so hard to find (even the locals in PR had trouble finding it). The way the address was written does not pull up in maps. But other than that, everything was amazing!

This listing was perfect. We were a total of 6: 4 adults and 2 kids. The space was perfect, each room has an a/c unit and the living room also has an a/c unit. Rooms are spacious, bed really comfortable and all spaces very clean. Private garage for your car, coffee, games, blower, iron, beach towels and more included. We really felt like being home! The community is quiet and centric. Also, host Faridy was very responsive and helpful throughout all communications. We will definitely be back! Thanks, Faridy!

Place was really comfortable, everything you need to cook, extremely clean and they even have new toothbrushes and toothpaste for us. Also they left popcorn, coffee water and every species you need to have a great cook. The only thing is that the location is closed to a road and you hear the cars noises passing by. It didn’t bother me because the place is very private. One other thing… the bed was very comfy. It was a great place to stay.

Amazing host, Augusto as very responsive, his colleague Lilliana was personally present to check us in and show all the amenities, very well equipped apartment, all kitchen amenities, every small detail was paid attention to, felt like living in an art gallery, well decorated, even beach chairs, toiletries and laundry equipment was provided, very spacious rooms, felt right at home with our 2 kids, walking distance to amazing restaurants, across the street from Anita Gelato, freshmart and breakfast placed less than 1 block away, 1 block to the beach, private locked and reserved parking spot right at entrance, loved our stay!

Melina is a thoughtful host. The building was secure. Staff at gate and building entrance are friendly and welcoming. I was able to pay a small fee to leave my bags since we arrived early in the day. The pool and gym were a nice bonus.

Jose's place is never a disappointment this is my second time staying at this location I feel safe with the 24hr security, neighbors are also very friendly, a ton of walkable restaurants and bars, and the apartment is very clean which i appreciate. Don't hesitate just book!

Pat was very responsive and friendly during our stay! It was in a great location and was easy to walk/uber to most activities in San Juan. Other residents were very friendly, and it was quite secure with a security guard at the entrance at night. Great view of the lagoon and ocean. Only complaint was the hot water, but it is likely an issue with the building itself. Great place to stay if you are looking at spending most of your time exploring.

Great apartment and location. Couldn’t ask for a better host. Very communicative, helpful and attentive. Easy to reach and responsive. Will be happy to stay there anytime again and would most definitely recommend to anyone.

We had a very nice stay. Sergio was so helpful and provided video and photos of entry instructions. He went above and beyond as a host. We had no issues with power or water. Great location, parking, clean, secure building. I would stay here again.

We loved our stay at Yvette's home! For anyone looking to come to PR and have an easy experience, this is the place to book! Yvette has thought of everything from the supplies for a perfect beach day (towels, chairs, an umbrella, and a cooler) to recommendations in the area that make exploring the area easy! If you're looking for daily car rentals, it is only 2 blocks away from an enterprise car rental place. And if you're up for a nice walk and able, it is accessible to walk to Old San Juan and other beaches/treasures on the island. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend it highly, especially with the ocean and beach right outside your window!

We traveled with a family of five. The place was perfect for us. The ocean was rough and we couldn’t snorkel or swim in that area but the view from the place was amazing! The house was clean and they provided beach towels, 2 chairs and a beach bag to use while we were there which we really appreciated!
