Vacation rentals with beach access in Bayamón

This is my second time this year staying at Arlene’s. Beautiful location, amenities offered are always amazing and on top, and it’s a lovely location for the perfect getaway with everything that you need nearby. It might not be the absolute fanciest but everything in the apartment serves its purpose at it should and everything works just as good. Will definitely be one of my first choices when coming to visit back home in Puerto Rico. Arlene was very responsive when I had a problem and was always willing to help and recommend solutions, a great host! I appreciate your hospitality and letting me and my fiancé stay at your place once again 🔥

Staying at Meilyn’s Airbnb in Condado, San Juan, Puerto Rico, was an incredible experience! The property is beautifully designed, immaculately clean, and perfectly located—just a short walk to beaches, restaurants, shops, and local attractions. It’s modern, chic, and welcoming, with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. What truly sets this place apart is Meilyn herself. She is an exceptional host who goes above and beyond to ensure her guests feel welcome and cared for. If you’re staying in Puerto Rico at Condado beach area run as fast as you can to claim this great place. First off, Jennifer is a superb host: flexible, available, great communication and one of the most helpful hosts I’ve ever experienced. The place itself is fantastic. Incredible view, very classy interior, spotless and inviting. As a studio goes it was so well designed that as a couple it was easy to simply move in and feel at home. I can’t emphasize enough what a great host Jennifer is. We decided to rent a car and she did all the leg work to find us a parking slot in the building. Whenever we voiced a need she was right there to attend to it. She is a generous host as she provided bottled water, beer, coffee and champagne! All chilled and ready to consume. It was nice to simply slide into a temporary home and have nothing more to do than enjoy ourselves.

Bren’s space was great. Walkable area in Ocean Park, we were able to access everything we needed nearby, or take a car to other locations easily. Very responsive hosts, lots of local resources, and a tremendous love of Puerto Rico. Glad to stay here during this trip.

Jean Pierre is the friendliest most personable host ever. The apartment was perfect for three of us. The location was fantastic and it was so peaceful. I would definitely stay here again!!!!! Thanks for everything Jean Pierre!!!!!!!!

10 stay. Comfortable apartment, better than the pictures. The bed, very good linens and pillows, and towels as well. The air worked great. There was everything you needed in the kitchen. Good fridge and new. Chairs and beach towels Huge and new TV. The location and perfect views. Xavier was super friendly and made it easier for us to have a perfect week. Feel free to choose this apartment. No great luxuries but with everything needed.

We loved being walking distance to grocery store, to Bebo’s (restaurant), to a Catholic Church, and other little shops/coffee/ice cream. The pool was awesome for lap swimming (25+ yards). The beach was not crowded — and we swam every day. Maybe we were lucky not to be there for any rip tide days? It was beautiful and peaceful.

My group and i loved this space. There was plenty of room for our 12 guests. The pool was WAY bigger than it looked in photos! Our host was also very flexible/communicative and even helped with providing extra chairs and a table for my private birthday dinner. bathrooms for each bedroom and air conditioning as well. If you need more air in the living room i suggest just keeping your bedroom doors open. Also the beach was walking distance and felt private. Location wise i highly recommend since it’s in between the airport and old san juan. There is so much more i could say but i am just grateful to have found a place for my friends and family to spend time together comfortably without any major issues. Thank you Alejandro!!

It was a great place to stay! It’s very clean and the neighborhood is quiet.

We had an amazing stay at Danny's Airbnb! He was incredibly responsive, always available via call or text and went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable. Danny was so helpful and kind, offering great local recommendations that made our trip even better. Although he lives next door, he was never intrusive, giving us plenty of privacy while still being accessible if we needed anything. Highly recommend staying here!

Alex & Diana’s place is perfectly center , the placita is 7mins away , highway accessible , beach near by & so much more ! Clean , spacious , beds are SOOOOO comfortable . Nice neighborhood & the local neighbors are friendly as well . I received my check in instructions bright & early the day of my arrival . Host responded in a timely manner & were very nice . We loved our stay & plan to be back 🙏🏽

Alfredo communicated with us from the moment we booked. He was very responsive! We were in need of a place that could accommodate 6 people (3 couples) right away, we found this place and the pictures couldn’t do any justice. The home was beautiful ! It exceeded our expectations. Alfredo kept in touch throughout our stay and was quick to respond to any questions. We would definitely recommend this property and we plan to stay here for future vacations in Puerto Rico.

Great place to stay. The house was very clean, it has a beautiful pool and spa, the rooms were very spacious and comfortable. Nelida was always in touch with my wife asking her if everything was ok, very very kind and attentive host. Any questions we had she was always willing to help us. We were a total of 15 guests that stayed at this property over Labor Day Weekend. This place was perfect for all of us. The house was kept in pristine conditions, the ACs were cold, there was hot water, and the outdoor area/pool were clean. There were card games and dominoes for us to play and TV with internet to listen to music. Lots of parking available at the home! Also, we all felt safe at this location. There were some restaurants close by and even a little beach that we explored. Overall, it felt like home away from home! We all 100% recommend staying at this location, Francheska was super nice and easy to contact.

Everything you needed was there and close walking distance to the beach and local restaurants. Air conditioners works very well in the bedrooms. Loved sitting on the front patio area. The beach that is walking distance is so pretty. Highly recommend staying in Santurce and at Enrique’s casita.

Amazing host, Augusto as very responsive, his colleague Lilliana was personally present to check us in and show all the amenities, very well equipped apartment, all kitchen amenities, every small detail was paid attention to, felt like living in an art gallery, well decorated, even beach chairs, toiletries and laundry equipment was provided, very spacious rooms, felt right at home with our 2 kids, walking distance to amazing restaurants, across the street from Anita Gelato, freshmart and breakfast placed less than 1 block away, 1 block to the beach, private locked and reserved parking spot right at entrance, loved our stay!

The view was amazing, we were able to see turtles and manatees from the balcony. Vivian was great and was accommodating of our late arrival time. Clear communication, clean space, overall great.

Leesandra was AMAZING! She has the best customer service ever! Not only she’s the best at responding, resolving, giving options, but she is so detailed to take care of you. There Was wine, water bottles, shampoo, conditioner, and little goodies like wipes, cotton buds, and allll the things you may need in a kitchen and to take to the beach. We had to leave before our stay was over since I had special accommodation needs and she was so helpful and understanding and emphatic! I would go back every time I’m in PR. She’s the absolute best! ♥️

We had a very nice stay. Sergio was so helpful and provided video and photos of entry instructions. He went above and beyond as a host. We had no issues with power or water. Great location, parking, clean, secure building. I would stay here again.

We traveled with a family of five. The place was perfect for us. The ocean was rough and we couldn’t snorkel or swim in that area but the view from the place was amazing! The house was clean and they provided beach towels, 2 chairs and a beach bag to use while we were there which we really appreciated!

We loved our stay at Yvette's home! For anyone looking to come to PR and have an easy experience, this is the place to book! Yvette has thought of everything from the supplies for a perfect beach day (towels, chairs, an umbrella, and a cooler) to recommendations in the area that make exploring the area easy! If you're looking for daily car rentals, it is only 2 blocks away from an enterprise car rental place. And if you're up for a nice walk and able, it is accessible to walk to Old San Juan and other beaches/treasures on the island. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend it highly, especially with the ocean and beach right outside your window!

Our first ever trip to Puerto Rico and Felix’s condo was the perfect spot for our stay. The location was safe and secure, nice and clean and looked just like in the pictures. We couldn’t have been more happy with our stay the location was close to everything couldn’t be any happier with our experience. Felix was very helpful and responded quickly to any questions that we needed. We will definitely book this air bnb for future vacations.
