Vacation rentals with beach access in Bayamón

This was one of the most amazing air bnbs I’ve ever stayed in. The pictures don’t even do it justice. The beach front view is breathtaking and the entire apt was so comfortable and inviting. Meilyn provided everything you could ever need and was super communicative and helpful. The place was spotless and gorgeous. 10/10!

Zulma’s place was a fantastic choice for my New Year’s visit. It’s centrally located, spacious, and very clean. The bed was super comfortable, and the space had a welcoming, livable feel. Watching the fireworks from the balcony was a highlight—such a memorable experience!

Bren and Toby are truly outstanding hosts, easily the best I’ve ever had on Airbnb! Staying at their place felt like visiting old friends. They were incredibly welcoming, providing us with fantastic tips and recommendations on dining, sightseeing, and activities, all while being perfectly attentive without ever feeling overbearing. The property itself was a dream, exactly as pictured. It’s located in a peaceful area, just minutes from excellent dining options, with a bus stop right outside the gate. Plus, a beautiful beach is only a short walk away, and Bren and Toby thoughtfully provided plenty of beach essentials! We loved spending time in the gorgeous private patio, grilling out, and relaxing in the hammock. Every detail about our stay was just perfect! Our experience with Bren and Toby exceeded all expectations, and if you are looking for a stay in San Juan, look no more! Highly recommend! We’re already looking forward to returning!

Jean Pierre’s place is lovely, clean, and has everything we needed. Jean Pierre is very responsive and super helpful! I’d definitely recommend it to anyone who visits.

The apartment was a bit tight for 4 of us, but we appreciated the trundle bed for the 4th person (ideal for kids), but you can't beat this location and we're barely in the apt so would definitely stay here again! There's a small kitchenette with stove top and pots/pans if needed, microwave and large fridge. Great AC and wifi! Location on Ashford across from Marriott does not get more central than this for Condado, loved it! Xavier was very quick to respond to any of our queries! Thanks for hosting us!

Shubin/Edna’s apartment was perfect for our stay in Condado: Wonderful balcony view; located close to shops, restaurants & the beach; easy accessibility by Uber and local bus; friendly and helpful building staff. The pictures and amenities in the ocean-view apartment matched what was in the listing. Shubin and Edna were both pro-active & responsive hosts from our first communication. As mentioned by others, the building is undergoing some repairs & renovations. A few sections were cordoned off for safety reasons but that did not interfere with use of the pool, workout room, beach, or laundry facilities. We are returning to Puerto Rico after a cruise & are happy that we have booked to stay here again! Thank you Edna & Shubin

We stayed at this amazing house in Dorado, PR for a week and loved every bit of it! The house was clean, spacious and centrally located for all our adventures on the island. Having the pool was a nice treat, perfect temperature all week. 10/10 would recommend to all friends and family.

The stay at Valerie's place was great. We were there for a week. She is very responsive! Looked just like the photos and very clean, and secure. There was an issue with the shower water pressure in the bathroom and they came in and installed a new unit! We never quite got the hang of how to turn the lights in some areas of the home on and off even with instructions. The pool was great! A few times we were spooked and thought someone was literally in the house with us... everything sounds extremely close (ppl next door walking, talking, opening/closing doors). We got used to it though. We did a Walmart run to get handsoap, dish detergent and dish sponge, lysol spray, AND more trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, and bath towels. The starter supply will last only a few days depending on usage. There is a washer and no dryer... but there's a drying rack available. We took Uber everywhere to get around. Overall, we were very satisfied with the stay here and would return 🙂

Our group absolutely loved our stay and are already planning a trip back. The sliding glass door/windows gave the house a wonderful outdoor/indoor feel when we spent time in the pool. Felt like we stayed at a resort. Linens and towels were high quality, beds were comfortable, kitchen was fully stocked with every item needed including a cooler for the beach! Every room was super clean and had what we needed. House is close to walk to entrance of the beach and surrounding restaurants. Also drove in to San Juan a few times so it was easy to get around to other places. Danny proactively reached out via messages upon checkin to make sure all was well and was quick to respond with recommendations. Literally do not have one complaint. It was a wonderful week long stay in PR!

Alex & Diana’s place is perfectly center , the placita is 7mins away , highway accessible , beach near by & so much more ! Clean , spacious , beds are SOOOOO comfortable . Nice neighborhood & the local neighbors are friendly as well . I received my check in instructions bright & early the day of my arrival . Host responded in a timely manner & were very nice . We loved our stay & plan to be back 🙏🏽

Alfredo and Luis (house manager) were fantastic hosts. Alfredo answer may of our inquiries within minutes. He had great recommendations and knows the local area intimately. The property has everything you may need for a relaxing vacation, fully stocked kitchen, clean bed linens and pillows, pool floaties, beach chairs, and towels. The safety and privacy the home provides is fabulous for relaxation. It's a short 10min walk to the Dorado beach and local restaurant bars. A great location for families and people looking for a central location for their adventure holiday. I would love to stay again.

Great place to stay. The house was very clean, it has a beautiful pool and spa, the rooms were very spacious and comfortable. Nelida was always in touch with my wife asking her if everything was ok, very very kind and attentive host. Any questions we had she was always willing to help us. We had a great stay at Francheska's. There was plenty of room for three families to spread out but also to spend time together. The pool is an awesome perk. Previous reviews (and our uber driver also) mentioned that it is across the street from housing projects and that is true. But we felt totally safe, even letting our 13 year olds explore on their own. Location is a short walk to the beach and grocery store and restaurants, so overall definitely a win.

Perfect spot in Condado with a fantastic view. Apartment itself has everything you will need with all the beach gear plus a full kitchen with supplies for the basics. Tons of walkable restaurants and bars nearby. Host was very responsive.

Augusto's place was exactly what we needed, spacious, clean and comfortable. It was located close to the beach but also not far from Old San Juan. The communication was great and the facilities included everything we needed, including torches when the power went down on the whole island (which is not uncommon). Also, having our own parking was a big plus. Thank you for hosing us and looking after us. We would recommend his place and would come again if necessary.

This place was such a nice stay and Vivian was so helpful, friendly, and responsive. The photos of the manatees from the balcony were not exaggerated—we could watch the manatees and sea turtles from the balcony all day! Great walkable location, the room was super clean, and the AC worked wonderfully which was important.

This place was stacked with everything you could possibly need for a beachside stay in Puerto Rico. I have already recommended it to others and will definitely stay here again on our next trip. Thanks for checking in so often, Alessandra. We’ll be back!

We had a great stay in Felix’s apartment, very clean and tidy, photos represent apartment well. We were sent very straight forward instructions to let ourselves in. The location is good with the beach across the street. We rented bikes to tour old town which is not too far away and night kayaking was a walk down the street (totally worth doing). Food shops and restaurants only a walk away and uber to and from airport easy. Would stay again
