Miguel was a wonderful host. The place was wonderful. The pool had a shallow end that our 4 and 6 yo could stand and they enjoyed it a lot

Steven was super responsive and friendly no matter what questions I asked! I got a little lost at first finding the site but that was due to us using our phone maps Versus Google maps or ways once he told us that we got there easy ! House was nice and spacious they even had a pack and play for my little one that was great! I would recommend again! Thank you!

A great stay! A quiet, safe, and super clean place. Bars and restaurants are just a few minutes' walk away. It's very close to the highway. It only took me 15 to 18 minutes to get to the airport. Sady is a great host. I previously stayed at an Airbnb managed by this person, and he was truly attentive during my stay, always willing to help. I appreciate all his attention. I highly recommend this place and any other place managed by this host. I hope to definitely have the opportunity to return. Thank you!

I had an incredible stay at this Airbnb! The house was not only beautiful but also extremely comfortable. It was spacious and truly a masterpiece in design. The host was amazing from start to finish; his communication was outstanding, and he was exceptionally kind. I would absolutely love to stay here again in the future!

Had the greatest stay at Alex and Diana’s home for a long weekend on the island. It’s situated perfectly, close to the beach and to some of my favorite coffee shops and restaurants. Could also get anywhere in San Juan fast and cheap via Uber, including to and from the airport in 15 minutes. The house was so comfortable and clean. The outdoor space was perfect for any time of day, and the outdoor shower was lovely. The hospitality of Alex and Diana was amazing, very kind and responsive, and even stocked the fridge with cold waters before our arrival. Would absolutely recommend their home and would stay again on the next visit!

Second time staying at this location, definitely recommend it. Feels like home away from home, clean pool. About 25 mins from Old San Juan. Nelida is sweet and makes sure you have landed and made it safe. As I said before if I ever come back to PR this is my go to location!

Home is exactly as advertised, in a very quiet and safe gated community. Perfect for our family vacation! We rented a car to visit the El Junque rainforest, did a bioluminescence kayak, a Jet Snorkel in San Juan, and walked Old San Juan. Kids played in the pool or walked to the basketball court in the community. As a visitor, you will need to announce yourself to two sets of security gates each time into the complex but this adds to the safety. We quickly got the hang of it and planned our day trips to include all stops/meals before returning. Everything else was easily laid out in the PDF provided by Christie in-advance and there are signs all over the home with things to keep in mind (i.e. don't use the coffee pot and toaster at the same time).

Great place to stay with a big group, peaceful area of Levittown. We were in Puerto Rico for 8 days, and this place had everything we needed. The beaches were nearby, and everything seemed to be 20-60 minutes away, which wasn't bad. I would definitely stay here again. Also, Nora was very helpful she gave lots of recommendations and checked on us. Even though we had a water problem during the last 2 hours of our stay, Nora was very responsive and communicated immediately. Other than that, it was a great place no complaints.

The Condo was just as pictured! Beautifully designed and full of amenities and services. The pool was so nice! The beds were comfortable and place had plenty of snacks, drinks and linens and toiletries. Mike also had beach chairs, towels and a cooler which was a nice touch. We will return and recommend to our friends about this place! However, It is not walkable to the beach or much of anything. It is kinda next to a highway. So we were uncomfortable with walking outside the gated community. As we traveled with two children. You will need a Uber to get around if you don’t rent a car. But it’s a quick ride.

This was ideal for our group. Naomi was very responsive throughout our week long stay. The location was ideal for us as it was right beside the beach. It felt safe and secure and the area was perfect. There’s a store nearby and lots of cafes and restaurants in walking distance. The accommodation was clean and had AC also. It was tidy and exactly like the pictures. Naomi even helped us and accommodated us when our flight was delayed extra. Couldn’t have had a better host! Would definitely recommend this accommodation ☺️ we will be back to San Juan!

It was such a pleasure staying at Ricardo’s place. Checking in and out was very easy, Ricardo was very responsive and prompt with any questions we had. I love that it’s a ground level location and handicap accessible from the main entrance into the apartment. Things were very easy to locate, the pool was beautiful, even the front and back yard areas were comfortable and a nice place to relax after a long day of traveling and activities. The location is perfect, 30 minutes from the airport and very close to several beaches and the rain forest. It’s a private gated community and everyone we encountered were pleasant and courteous, it felt very safe! There’s also a gas station conveniently on the corner from the property gated exit where you can fill up before turning in a car rental. I would definitely stay there again and highly recommend. The host was very responsive and kind. Location on this end was very convenient. It was away from the main choice spot close enough to drive without an issue. My husband and 22-year-old son were also on the trip and we all found the space to be inviting and spatial. Overall, we would definitely stay here again.

Bren and Toby were the nicest and friendliest hosts! Their space was absolutely perfect for our stay. It’s a little small, but the backyard space made up for that. Very beautiful, and a nice place to unwind. Location was safe and walking distance to many bars, restaurants, and a beautiful beach. We even had beach gear available for use from our wonderful host. Bren and Toby gave us tons of recommendations on things to do close to our BNB and farther out with a quick uber ride. All recommendations were superb! Highly recommend their bnb for a visit to Puerto Rico, especially if it’s your first time.

The apartment was so comfortable! Even though our trip was during a really hot and humid part of the year, the a/c cooled the place down quickly. We were able to access several spots with ease. They also had a lot of helpful resources that we didn’t think to bring! Like aloe, handheld fans, makeup remover, and a hairdryer. They even had a book of local recommendations. We were so grateful to be able to have everything we needed, even if we didn’t think to bring it ourselves! It was a little difficult to figure out how to get into the building at first, but we realized we had accidentally missed the check in instructions that Juan and Nilda had sent to us! Once we read those, everything was COMPLETELY clear. Make sure to give those a read *before* you get there. Other than that, it was a smooth trip! Fantastic food within walking distance, easy access to Old San Juan, and a really comfortable place to stay!

John's place was great, super close to the beach, and an amazing host. We hit Old San Juan, Airport and then ventured all over Puerto Rico from his place and it was super easy to get to and from.

Friendly & responsive owner. This location is conveniently placed near a local supermarket, gas station, restaurants, & the beach. Highly recommend.

We were glad to book this place with Fredy and Suany. Got there at 4 pm, the place was ready on time. Very private, clean, spacious place with breathtaking views of mountains and ocean. The lockboxes are mounted on the parking lot concrete blocks!! There are 2 parking spots for this apartment-and they are not close by!! There is a private beach for the complex that is quiet. Please read the beach conditions for Puerto Rico. Stores close by, also large supermarkets in 7 miles. Don’t forget to get a Pizza takeout from D&D pizza nearby-thin crust (fine crust) with Pepperoni, pineapple and jalapeño :). Check out local bakeries (La Familia) for breakfast fun! Close to both San Juan or tropical forest hiking!!

We absolutely loved our stay at Marcos condo. We had everything we needed and he supplied plenty of toiletries in case you forgot something. You can’t beat the location and being steps from the beach. Watching the waves from the balcony was a treat. We would absolutely stay here again when we come back to the area!

Javier is a great host, he made us feel right at home. He very attentive and responded quickly. Very respectful and friendly. Nice, comfortable and clean home. My kids enjoyed the pool and we love that the beach is just a walk away.

We had a wonderful stay here. It was the perfect place for me, my husband and two young adult kids. The condo was super clean and looked just like the photos. The beach was gorgeous, and so convenient. We loved visiting the pools each day as well. It was quiet, friendly, and safe. We can’t wait to return!

Beatrice’s apartments are always the best to stay in. They are very comfy, in a great location and always clean and inviting. She has everything you need in the apt. If there is ever an issue, she answers back right away and takes care of the issue but we have never had any bad issues while staying in her apartments. We love staying at Mar Bella apts and looking out over the beach! Beautiful views! Another great stay vacation!

This 3-bed 2-bath is family friendly apartment in the heart of Condado, just a few minutes walk from beaches, restaurants and nightlife (yet the apartment itself is quiet and peaceful). The host, Ray, is extremely responsive. The apartment is well furnished and stocked and comes with parking spot. It's a perfect place to stay in San Juan. One detail we missed while booking is that the apartment does not have a dishwasher. This wasn't a deal breaker for us, but it's almost a given these days, so we were surprised to not find it. However, the apartment listing also clearly states what appliances are there - as I said, we missed this detail while booking. Overall, we had a great experience and I would stay again at Ray's place in a heartbeat!
