A great place to stay close to the airport! Bring earplugs due to the proximity to planes taking off/landing, although the AC worked great as white noise. We would stay here again!

Mary was an absolutely fantastic host! She was incredibly caring and attentive, always ready to help with whatever we needed. The area was stunningly beautiful, making our stay even more enjoyable. Mary went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we required. Convenient location for a large group! If you're there on a Monday, make sure you walk to Bonanza for live bomba music and cheap food 😊

I wanted to skip the hotels and tourist areas, and found this great bnb with a balcony overlooking the neighborhood. I felt right at home. There was an issue with the blender and Ramona responded quickly in replacing is so I can make my fruit juices. Supermarkets are near by with several options to choose from. Place is secured and area is safe. Would definitely book here again.

Abrianny and Jose’s house was perfect for me and my boyfriend, we had a couple of questions and Jose answered them within 30 min! Market and bakery’s were just minutes away, would stay again!

This home was perfect for our family of 4. In fact, it can hold two more people comfortably as there is a twin bed with a trundle in the living room. The AC was wonderful in the two bedrooms and the place was clean! Our kids liked that the wifi worked the entire time :) We mostly went out to eat at the restaurants around the apartment, but the fridge held our leftovers and the kitchen had all the utensils we needed during our stay. We were also a short walk to the Supermax grocery store. We walked to and from the beach twice in one day! (yes it's soooo close!) Our family loved this location and all that this place provided us. Communication with Christiane was easy and they sent us the check in information the day of.

Easy, very clean inside and out with pools and great beach access. Host was very responsive and a great value. I highly recommend this rental.

Quiet neighborhood (minus the usual PR night noises from chickens). It was very close to the Manatee Conservation Center, which was one of the places we were visiting. The photos Abdiel has in the listing were helpful in finding the location.

Great place to stay. 45 minutes from the airport, minutes from El Toro trail head. Grocery stores within 10 minutes. Very peaceful place. It’s a farm so they have animals which we loved.

Really loved this house. We could have lived on the patio alone. It was a super comfortable space and really central to Guaynabo, where we were exploring a move. Kelvin was amazing.

This home is everything that we've ever wanted in an AirBNB. If you are looking for a vacation home that's in the city, or in a touristy area, this it not it. Rather, if you want an authentic Puerto Rico neighborhood experience, this is it! The location was easy to find, as long as you used the Google Maps coordinate that is shared with you. We felt so at home. I spent most nights sitting on the rooftop, listening to the coquis frogs talking to one another. The neighbors that we met were so kind and welcoming. We needed to reach out to the hosts for a few things, and they were very responsive. I truly felt so at home and would have loved staying another week.... or even more ;-). The ocean was a quick two'ish block walk, totally flat and easy to walk. All in all, this was a lovely home, great neighborhood, and well worth the price.

Marcos was very responsive and friendly. Very safe apartment, it's great to have a garage with remote control entrance in an very accessible location.

Fabiola’s place was a great spot for us going to SanSe 2025, because was walking distance to Old San Juan, but far from the crowd and noisy party. Fabiola was very friendly and very attentive. We recommend Fabiola’s place for your next trip to San Juan.

The listing was as described, and was located in a gated community where it was quiet, clean, and safe. The host was very responsive and flexible with my late check-in. I would definitely recommend this place and stay here again.

This apartment was just perfect for us. We were a group of of 4 and still had space for at least 2 more. The sofa bed in the Livingroom was also comfortable , each room has good AC. Kitchen has everything needed to cook. The place was quiet and had good security. Walmart is at 15 min driving so we went to shop to prepare the food for our 4 days stay, so we always prepared our breakfast and lunch before going out. Also Alejandro was very friendly and responses quick. No complains at all. I'd recommend this place to stay.

I recently stayed at Ray’s apartments in Puerto Rico, and it was an incredible experience! The apartment was exactly as described—spotlessly clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including a fully equipped kitchen, cozy bed, fast Wi-Fi. The location was perfect, close to restaurants, or beaches, making it easy to explore the area. Ray was an outstanding host—friendly, responsive, and full of great local recommendations. He truly went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay.

Magda was a great host ! She was very helpful throughout our stay. We lost power for 2 days and Magda had portable lamps for us and always checked up on us with updates on when the power will be back up. The location was perfect as it had restaurants and bars close by. We felt safe walking around even at night. I would definitely stay at Magda’s place again.
