Monthly Rentals in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn

Very comfortable stay! The place was a 3 min walk to the subway and lots of restaurants, convenience stores, pharmacies, etc. all at your doorstep. Lovely place, would recommend to a friend.

This place was perfect for me and my partner while we were looking to move to NY. Ryan responds really fast and this was one of the safest locations I have stayed at. The apartment is beautiful, and Ryan keeps the place very clean and fully stocked with everything we needed during our stay. This place is located in what is basically Chinatown in Brooklyn. There are a lot of cheap and delicious places to eat not too far away. Additionally, it is very near to the N line that tales you to Manhattan. This was one of the best Air Bnb experiences I have had.

The room is big enough to live comfortably and the kitchen is very clean. Maybe the bathroom could have been a bit cleaner but I think it was more an issue of the other flatmate. The area is not the closest to Manhattan but it’s well connected with the local R and express N line. Honestly for the price and location it’s hard to find something better in NYC. Neighborhood is very safe too, came back many times late at night and never felt at risk. Jason is very friendly and helpful and is always available via message if you need anything. Would highly recommend to stay here if you’re planning to go to NYC

Appreciate clean house and strict house rules. Tara&Trevor are nice. Warm decorations in house. Roommates could be of many possibilities. Ask Tara information. She is responsive and communicative.
