Villa vacation rentals in Bay Lake

The place is great. Very comfortable and modern. It is very close to Disney parks and entertainment, lots of restaurants nearby and shopping. Four very comfortable bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The neighborhood is pretty safe and quiet. Would stay here again when I'm in Orlando.

10/10 would recommend this vacation home! Beautiful, spacious home with an awesome outdoor living area. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and spa as well as the outdoor dining/fire table area that comfortably seated our entire family. The kids really liked the game room. The beds and pillows throughout the home were very comfortable. Dawn was a great host and she has fully stocked the house with all the supplies you could ever need. Plenty of extra towels, blankets, pillows, kitchen items, etc. She even keeps it stocked with a few convenient snacks as well as essentials like spices, coffee, tea, dishwasher tabs, dish liquid, cleaning supplies, etc. There are even little baskets in the bathrooms filled with things you may have forgotten such as toothbrushes, toothpaste, Q-tips, etc. Since we were there around Christmas time, there was a cute little Christmas tree, stockings and a couple of other decorations around the house. She really has thought of everything!

Amir was very responsive, professional, and reasonable and this place was excellent. It was clean and great for a large group. Very hard to find a place that sleeps as many as this one does for the value. The pool table and air hockey table were awesome but could use an update, as they were pretty worn down. Overall still a great stay and I would book again. Location is great, just make sure to factor in Disney traffic whenever traveling anywhere.

This house was amazing!!! It was clean matched the picture. I had to contact Eduardo for the WiFi and less than 5 sec he answered. Kitchen was wonderful. I recommend this house and would love to sty again.

This was our second time staying at Chuck’s place. The resort amenities are great and our family utilized the splash pad, pool, gym, basketball courts and restaurant. The house is great and accommodates our family of 14 perfectly. We had a great stay!

Beautiful home ! Stunning neighborhood! Everything was just as pictured. Communication with the owner was easy and he was very quick to respond.

The family and I really enjoyed the stay. The wife and I enjoyed being on the balcony in the mornings enjoying coffee, the kids loved the pool, and when you pull into the neighborhood things became, "quiet" and less busy compared to the rest of the area. We always tried to visit one different thing each day we were here. Some days however, everyone just preferred to stay in David's Airbnb, sitting outside to swim and enjoying the weather. Also, was kind enough to provide a Christmas tree.

We had a great stay. The house was wonderful and close to activities. Hosts were very responsive and friendly. A++ stay. Thank you!

Pretty good price for a house of this size. We were 8 adults that fit comfortably- there was space for even more people if we needed it. Conveniently located close to a gas station and multiple restaurants and stores

Our family and I had a very pleasant stay at Melanie's home. Everything in the property was exactly as shown on the listing, and the space was found in pristine condition. The neighborhood lent itself for very peaceful walks in the morning, and we liked that the pool was secluded behind a few trees. Our vacation could not have been the same without the hospitality we received from our stay here!

My family and I enjoyed this location. It was the perfect size for us and most of all we enjoyed the private pool. The only thing is we paid for the pool to be heated and it really didn’t feel like it was actually heated, so it felt like a waste of money for that added feature. Other than that it was great. Nicola was always available when needed and kind to us. We definitely would stay here again.

This is a great place for a large group or family going to the parks. Especially us you're travelling with a pup! We were so glad to be able to bring our dog. The home is spacious, clean, and comfortable and an easy drive to and from Disney. George was incredibly kind and responsive. We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing Home. Clean, quiet, spacious. Beautiful lake views to watch the sunrise. Host Amber is the Best! She and her property management team were easy readily available with any questions or concerns we had. Everything worked. The theater room was awesome. Our Thanksgiving was amazing thanks to Amber. She takes great pride in taking care of her home and making sure her guests have what they need.

This home incredible, it is a massive space and great for large groups. The theme rooms for kids are adorable. The kitchen space is amazing. The pool is a little bit small if you have a lot of people. We had 5 adults and 2 kids and it was perfect for us. Some minor issues. The patio area was not very clean, there are a lot of critters (it’s Florida so expected), but we had to buy citronella candles to help. The pool had a lot of debris, the host did get the pool guy out quickly to clean, but unfortunately overnight the pool just gets bugs in it, I don’t think that’s avoidable. The internet was a little slow. The house doesn’t have cable so we had to purchase YouTube tv to watch Sunday football games. But overall the house is just amazing and so close to the parks. We would 100% recommend it and stay again.

This was a beautiful villa in an ideal location, not far from Disney parks. Very spacious, clean and great layout. Particularly enjoyed the cinema room in the villa, we have a lovely family evening watching films. Lots of personal touches and Paula was an absolute joy to book with, very helpful and quick to respond...would definitely book here again, thanks for the lovely stay.

We had such a lovely stay! The place was just as pictured. Plenty of space for the 9 of us to lounge around the house and hangout by the pool. We will definitely be back!

Horacio was a great host, quickly responded to the requests, the house very cozy, due to the goal of going to the Disney parks, every day , we almost did not stay in the house so we did not use the pool much, but the hydromassage we used well, it was excellent, to the barbecue very good , I had never seen this system, but the meat looks great.
