Villa vacation rentals in Bay Lake

The house was exactly what we were looking for, perfect location, very responsive host, the house was spotless, rooms were very big and accommodating. The neighborhood was beautiful and peaceful, also very easy to access Disney and Universal if you are there for those. Had a wonderful private pool. Very close to stores and restaurants. I will absolutely book through this host again. Great experience!

My family and I enjoyed this location. It was the perfect size for us and most of all we enjoyed the private pool. The only thing is we paid for the pool to be heated and it really didn’t feel like it was actually heated, so it felt like a waste of money for that added feature. Other than that it was great. Nicola was always available when needed and kind to us. We definitely would stay here again.

This was our second time staying at Chuck’s place. The resort amenities are great and our family utilized the splash pad, pool, gym, basketball courts and restaurant. The house is great and accommodates our family of 14 perfectly. We had a great stay!

Loved this condo. It was spacious for our entire crew and nicely decorated. A few suggestions we would make is to have more kitchen cooking pots and pans and baking items. We all made dinner one night and barely has much to do it with. Also, it was a surprize to find out that it was an extra charge to use the grill and and to heat the pool. The place was very clean and up to date but the beds were a little too firm for me. Overall, it suited our needs and comfort for 12 people and the host had great communication.

My husband and I (30s) stayed here with our 4 kids (8, 7, 4, 2). This was our first personal rental (stayed with other family members at theirs many times) and zero complaints here! I was a little unsure at first as there weren’t any reviews when I initially booked, but I looked at Brigitte’s reviews from other properties and thought I’d reach out. She responded within minutes every time and put any doubts I had at ease. House was clean. Pool was crystal clear (hubby and kids were super impressed with how much they could see underwater in their goggles haha). Loads of space. Drinking water from fridge even tasted good (we have some picky ones and need to get bottled water at some other rentals). Blackout curtains in every bedroom were amazing for the kids. WiFi worked great (hubby needed to work 1 day- smooth video). When my father-in-law (who has rented many properties) dropped us off and checked it out, he also said, ‘yep, this is a 5 star house’. Great house, fantastic host!

Amazing Home. Clean, quiet, spacious. Beautiful lake views to watch the sunrise. Host Amber is the Best! She and her property management team were easy readily available with any questions or concerns we had. Everything worked. The theater room was awesome. Our Thanksgiving was amazing thanks to Amber. She takes great pride in taking care of her home and making sure her guests have what they need.

My family created beautiful memories here during Thanksgiving week. We flew in and drove from all over to be together. The home provided plenty of space for us to spread out as well and gather. The extended dining room table was a splendid idea. Laundry rooms on both levels a plus. I loved having 2 refrigerators and dishwashers for all the food we had for the week. Having plenty of King Size beds was a plus. It was everything we needed! Parmi was extremely helpful and responsive during times I needed to communicate with her. I would definitely choose to stay here again! I’m sure the entire family would say the same.

Great place for large group. Has everything you need and lots of different areas to keep everyone busy. Close to attractions and grocery store.

This booking was a last minute booking as another host canceled our stay 30 minute before checking only because I called to get the codes to the door. Ann and Lars to the rescue they accommodated my whole family in their spacious home and the rest was history. The place is clean and has plenty of beds to rest about 24 to be exact so if you traveling with a large party and need accommodations don’t hesitate to send them a message, they respond back pretty quick and are willing to work with you. The place was cleaned and the TVs are a plus when you back home from your adventures and want to catch up on your shows (Netflix) included. Again don’t hesitate to send them a message and see if it’s available. Thanks Ann and Lars for the accommodations. Great job making it feel homey.

The place is very spacious and private, free parking and near places to eat. Definitely recommend this place.

We had a great time and would recommend the house to anyone. House was super clean which was greatly appreciated! Kids loved the game room and themed bedrooms were awesome. The kitchen is well supplied with quality pots and pans, dishes, etc. The pool is nice and warm if you pay for heat. The clubhouse is fun and the main pool was heated.

Can’t say enough good things about this place. We stayed for Thanksgiving. There was space aplenty for 14 of us. The kitchen was well stocked, the couches could fit a crowd, there was plenty to do (arcade, pool, hot tub, movie room, pool table), and the hosts were super responsive. We would definitely stay here again!

It’s a very nice house, and we really enjoyed the social area. The house was very clean, and Miguel is very attentive, quickly responding to messages and always available for anything. The neighborhood is calm and quiet. There was no dishwasher, and my suggestion would be to replace the wine cooler in the kitchen with a dishwasher, as I think it would be more useful. The house is exactly how pictures show. Overall, everything went well, and we hope to return soon.

It was an amazing stay while it lasted. Although our trip was cut short due to Hurricane Milton, host was very responsive and helped every step of the way. The home was lovely and had a lot of space! Fans were in each room to make the home feel cooler and the themed rooms were just right! It was just a 25 minute drive to Disney WITH the traffic and about 40 minutes to universal with traffic. It was a great location for sure!!! Would definitely recommend 👍🏼

This place was a great experience. Had more than enough room for all of us and my daughter loved the pool.

Dawn was amazing as a host! Property was exactly as described! Couldn't have asked for a better Property! The hot tub and pool were beautiful! The house was spotless! Dawn thought of all the little extras that you don't think about when going on vacation ( like q-tips, emery board and cotton swabs)!!! We will definitely be renting again!!!

Our family and I had a very pleasant stay at Melanie's home. Everything in the property was exactly as shown on the listing, and the space was found in pristine condition. The neighborhood lent itself for very peaceful walks in the morning, and we liked that the pool was secluded behind a few trees. Our vacation could not have been the same without the hospitality we received from our stay here!
