House vacation rentals in Battery Point

This property was so good that we have come back for another family get together, the property is so perfect, with everything you could wish for. We cant wait to come back for another visit. Jason is so friendly & helpful.

A spacious beautiful home with everything you need for a great stay. The bedrooms and living spaces are all large and comfortable. The surrounding bushland is lovely and the spa is just an added touch to enjoy the beautiful outdoor area. The local rooster did like to wake us up early but we didn’t mind it, just added to the ambiance. Lots of local wildlife in the close vicinity.

Beautiful views and spacious. The pool was heated and clean. located in a lovely suburb. worked well for me and my friends

This is an outstanding property with a wonderful and responsive host. We couldn't have been made to feel more welcome. The house is very private and well appointed, maintained and stocked with quality produce and supplies - we were also welcomed by a beautiful hamper, and warm service. The property itself has stunning views from almost every window. We enjoyed using the gym (located in an adjacent private building which can also be used as a study), pool and spa. We had a few things on our list to visit for the Huon Valley but were very content to stay at the house and enjoy all the amenities. We would most definitely return here when visiting Tasmania.

The view is amazing with a lovely pool and spa. Having two living spaces was great to allow people to do their own things. Very comfortable beds. Bill was great getting back to us with any questions.

This is an amazing property, it’s very spacious and has everything you need for a wonderful relaxing stay. It’s in a quiet area but a short drive to cafes, the casino and the city centre. The hosts are great and always ready to help. Also the views are pretty spectacular and my family thoroughly enjoyed the time spent here.

This stay was amazing. The property and bush setting were beautiful and it was short walk down to the beach. The house was comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. The pool was lovely. Communication was great. We had a really relaxing and enjoyable few days. Thank you very much. Highly recommend. We'd love to visit again :)

We had an excellent few days with our family at Marina’s house. The house is simple with large rooms and lots of space indoor and out. The view is lovely and ever changing and the kids loved the ducks and native hens. An ideal place for a family gathering.

We had a wonderful few days . Wonderful sleep on very comfortable beds. We loved the styling and the huge living areas.. Easy to manage with our elderly mother as she was able to sleep on the same level as the main living area and kitchen and bathroom. We would love to stay again and would recommend to family and friends.

The place was in a great location. Beautiful house and very clean. Great value. Would highly recommend.

Glebe Emporium is ideally placed in a quiet residential area about 10 minutes walk to the city and dockside precincts. Entering was simple with the key in the lockbox, and Freya had provided coffee, tea, eggs, bread and jam for the first night- after a 4 day hike and an evening arrival, I was very thankful to have the makings of a simple dinner. The living area is large, open and airy, bathroom with washing machine is also large and the bed is comfortable. A top spot to stay in Hobart.

Outstanding! You will not be disappointed. Every year five of us girls get together to celebrate two of our birthdays, and this would have to be the best by far! The spa is an absolute hit, we definitely made the most of it. This house has absolutely everything you need and felt like home… it was clean, spacious, and comfortable. All the beds were comfortable, and warm. And the bread, milk and continental breakfast was a lovely touch. We all thoroughly enjoyed our time here.

Wendy’s place was spacious, very clean, comfortable beds and the views from the deck were stunning. Close to shops & only 15 minute drive to Hobart city but you’ll need a car because the property is situated at the top of a steep hill. I would definitely stay here again.

We loved the house here across the road from the beach , the quieter end of the road. House was lovely & clean, just little issues with the remotes on two of the tvs but reported & hopefully will be rectified .. especially with tennis on 😜 .. we would stay again , great place for children too ,

My family has a great weekend stay. Everyone loved the pinball machines, air hockey etc and had a great time. Loved the welcome pack of bread, milk etc. Had clear instructions for everything in the house, beautiful back deck and we could not fault a thing. My kids are already asking when we can go back!

Shelly & Eboney are great hosts. The communication was fast and responsive, the house was large and had great views. It is near the city and major arterial highways.

My family loved staying at Richard’s home. It is a beautifully designed, light filled house that welcomes you from your arrival. It’s well equipped, and the furniture is practical , comfortable and beautiful. The beds and pillows are super comfy. It’s in a perfect spot, with framed views from all windows. You can walk to all the markets, and the dock. Great pubs and cafes abound. The house has lovely communal spaces but also smaller areas where a few or one can sit quietly. Very happy to recommend Richard’s house to you!

It is clean and has a large space, and the special wood stove is quite comfortable, the owner is very conscientious and helpful, I will book this place again next time I come to Hobart.

Provider House is a total gem. We fell in love with the zen cabin and the idyllic bush setting in the most peaceful corner of town. The house is refined and rustic, comfortable and elevated, and a total dream escape. It has everything you need, so thoughtfully provided and presented. We also fell in love with Hobart and the surrounding area thanks to Tara’s superb local directory. I think we ticked nearly half of her suggestions off the list, and have already decided we need to come back to complete the other half. My only advice is to book yourself more time than you think - we would have loved one more day to soak in the magical creek and bush walks, drink coffee in the sunshine and pore over the phenomenal book collection. It’s lovely to know we will be back…

Absolute gem! Perfect location to see southern Tassie. The property felt like home and the beds super fluffy and comfortable. Despite being on a main road, it was quiet and on road parking was just around the corner. I loved the lounge room - best place to chill out after an actioned packed day out in the wilderness. I’d stay here again. 😊

We loved our stay in this house. The views from the balcony are beautiful and the home is spacious and clean. We used the kitchen and found it ideal to make a quick group meal. The beds were comfortable. This house is lovely to use as a base to explore Hobart. Andrew and Lisa are responsive hosts who made our stay very enjoyable - looking forward to our next Hobart stay!

Very comfortable single night stay. Very spacious living, kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms, even more so than reflected in the photos. Great backyard space. Little communication required with host during our brief stay.
