My brothers stayed in the apartment for my graduation ceremony. They enjoyed the apartment. The apartment is easy to find and close to the city centre. I will host my guests here again. Also Bobbie responds time was very prompt. I booked the apartment very late in the evening. My booking was confirmed and I checked in by 8:pm. I highly recommend the apartment for anyone coming to Plymouth.

A very comfortable place to stay. the apartment was very comfortable with everything you need. Parking was a bit tight at times when getting out, but minor. We would love to stay again, thank you Paul and Daphne

Karen's place was the perfect base for our week in Exeter (2 adults & teenage son). The location is brilliant - it's a short walk into the city centre and has easy access to roads out of the city for day trips. The parking space was a huge plus. The apartment was very spacious and clean, felt extremely safe, and the big sofa & tv were great for chilled evenings. Karen and was the perfect host. Extremely responsive & helpful, and even left a lovely bottle of wine. Highly recommend for your Exeter visits!! Thank you Karen ☺️

This was my first time in Plymouth since moving from England to the U.S., visiting family who just relocated here. The apartment was better in person—I’m usually skeptical after being misled by online photos before, but this one exceeded expectations. Clean, secure, and close to key landmarks. As someone who worked in hospitality, I value good service over fancy facilities, and the host delivered. He communicated clearly, checked in during my stay, and was quick to respond. I mixed up the checkout time with another booking and was still there when housekeeping arrived. I felt bad, but they were very professional and didn’t make it awkward at all, even though it likely affected their schedule. Great service, great stay. I’d definitely book again.

Lovely stay at Merida apartment. Myself, my partner, our 6 month old daughter and my mum stayed here. Very clean and cosy accommodation. Beds very comfortable, travel cot for our daughter was great. The bathroom is very nice also! Fully functioning kitchen with everything you could need which was great for us with a baby! Short 5 minute walk to Torquay harbour which was full of nice pubs, shops and restaurants. Also easy enough to go for a longer walk if want to. Over all accommodation and location were excellent and we are already talking of booking again. Louise was also very responsive in the lead up to our arrival and we met her when we arrived. I had a really lovely stay at Windynook! Mike was very friendly and welcoming - he showed me around, explained everything clearly and answered all my questions. The accommodation was so cosy and homely, beautifully decorated and furnished with just enough in it to make it feel homely but not at all cluttered. The bed was really comfortable and I slept better than at home! The details were thoughtful, like providing small boxes of breakfast cereal, fruit juice, milk, tea and coffee. The kitchen was well-equipped and I had everything I needed, and Mike told me about several local shops and restaurants too. Check in and out was really easy, and Mike, his wife and their dogs were all very friendly - we had a lovely chat on arrival. I felt it was good value for money, because the accommodation was of a high standard and in a nice location, with so many thoughtful details provided. Thanks again Mike, for being a great host! 😊

This was your second stay in this lovely apartment. It's cozy, well decorated and furnished with excellent towels & linen. But it's all about the views. We booked knowing that it would almost certainly be a rainy week in March but we didn't mind as we'd happily potter about inside taking in the vista if so. As it turned out it was glorious and we got to explore the gorgeous surroundings more than we thought. We'll definitely be back, just hope it's available when we book! Thanks Freya.

We had a lovely stay, very nice house in a great location super close to town and the car park. Very clean and well decorated, would definitely book again if returning to darrmouth!

Beautifully presented and spotlessly clean property with fabulous views. Ben and Lauren were very responsive and accommodating, allowing us an early checkin which was super! We didn't have a car so caught ferry from Barbican (£3 pp and only a 5min trip) so easy! Ventured back and forth to Barbican for cute pubs, restaurants and shops. Good to note there are no local shops near the property so bring food and necessities with you. We brought food in Barbican. Again, very easy. Property had great bbq and balcony to sit and enjoy the views. Well equipped kitchen and comfy beds. We had two dogs who loved the space, the dog treats (thank you!) and the dog bowls. We didn't want to leave :) Definitely recommend this property.

Fantastic !!! Booked this home as part of my wifes 70th birthday celebrations for 6 adults and 3 grandchildren aged 3,6 & 9. Tracy met us on arrival to show us around this wonderful house and pass on everything we needed to know. The house in real life is better than the photos. It is so spacious and as my granddaughter said Tracy has thought of everything there is so much for us to do. Tracy also left us a lovely home made cake. The kitchen was a great communal place with a 10 seater table overlooking the amazing outdoor space via two sets of patio doors. A great way to start the day. All rooms were a good size. Outdoors there is a beautiful large garden with a trampoline for the kids, a gas bbq for the adults a barn with a table tennis table and a host of toys and ride on vehicles for the little ones. Go through the gap at the end of the garden to the very popular tree house Nobody wanted to leave after a fantastic couple of days. This is a great house.

We all would like to thank Tonia for letting us stay at her airbnb. It was perfect for our weekend break meeting up with friends. Location was ideal, just 20 min walk to event. Home was clean and spacious, everything we needed was provided. We look forward to booking again next year !

Our stay was absolutely perfect! The host went above and beyond, communicating quickly and making everything effortless. The house is stunning—beautifully decorated, incredibly homely, and so spacious. With 15 of us, including children, there was plenty of room for everyone to relax. The huge dining table was perfect for group meals, and the kitchen had everything we needed—loads of crockery, cutlery, and top-quality appliances. The beds were super comfortable, the showers worked perfectly, and every detail was well thought out. The location was spot-on, and nothing was scrimped on. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay—highly recommend!

Lovely 3 bedroom property. Modern and elegant! We liked the kitchen, diner, skylight and central island counter top. Lots of natural light and lighting in the house was amazing. Comfortable, spacious bedrooms and nice, comfy beds. Good sized parking for one car. Good excess to attractions in Plymouth. We have enjoyed our trip. Daryl was helpful and responded very quickly. We would love to stay there again!

We had a great short break away. The apartment was clean, comfortable and exactly as described. It is in a great location and would very much recommend others to visit this gem of a place.

Had a booking cancelled at short notice and had to find an alternative sharpish.. found this one and the host was back to us straight away and remained in regular contact. Directions and getting in were easy and we even got notification that the accommodation was ready early. Very clean and comfortable inside - nice and cozy Great job by the host.

We enjoyed an excellent break here over Christmas. The apartment is exactly as described, having large bedrooms with great views over Torbay and a very well equipped kitchen that was a blessing for making a Christmas dinner! Dean was incredibly helpful both before and during our stay and I would highly recommend.

First time staying at an air b&b and we had a great stay! Flat was very clean and well equipped, we had everything we needed. The flat was bright and beautifully presented and just like the photos. It was very quiet and peaceful in the flat during our whole stay and we had plenty of space for the three of us. Our host was great, great communication and very friendly. Very short walk to the sea front. Shops weren’t too far away, we walked everywhere. Not far from the harbour and aquarium, location was perfect for us. Wonderful. Would definitely stay again next time we’re in Plymouth. Highly recommended, many thanks!

Rebecca 's place felt just like our home. Everything was exactly the same as described in the images. The apartment is neat and tidy; all amenities are functioning properly. The ambience was calm and quiet. Becki was indeed a kind, responsive and friendly host. The place is worth for its price, stay and amenities Nevertheless, I found it hard for the grocery shops which is almost 0.5- 1.0 miles away. Overall, it was great and lovely stay at Rebecca' s place.

Perfect place for two! Easy access to town promenade and the beautiful back beach Not our 1st visit or our last visit to Teignmouth but our first with Luke hosting…. We will be back! Everything you need, all has been thought of clean comfortable quiet with cream tea and bubbles on arrival! Detailed access to lock box and free parking instructions, internet, great communication from Luke prior to arrival. A*****

Couldn’t have asked for a better stay, to be able to have the enjoyment of peace and privacy yet amenities close by… was incredible. Hill side and beach walks right on your doorstep also… words can’t describe this incredible spot. Will 100% be looking into coming back in future.

This is an immaculate apartment and a great place to stay. A local Waitrose and some really nice coffee shops nearby. Duncan was super responsive and a fantastic host. Would stay again and recommend without hesitation.
