Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Batson Creek

We had a wonderful week in this lovely cottage right in the centre of Beer. The house was perfect for our needs, even more spacious than we expected, very comfortable and spotlessly clean. The private parking, which was essential for us, really made for a stress free holiday. The communication from the hosts was spot on, with lots of useful information provided before we went. Many thanks Nikki and Chris, hopefully we'll be back!

Perfect stay! 10 minutes walk to beach and high street. The house had all the amenities and was very very clean. Roger and Sarah were really responsive and kind. The house was really modern, clean and just what we wanted. Will visit again!

We had such a lovely week here over Easter. The views are to die for at this property, and even on the odd rainy day it was simply a pleasure to be in this house soaking up the wonderful views all around. Hot tub was also amazing and loads of lovely places to sit outside too. The beds were super comfy and the place peaceful, but also pubs and Dartmouth just a step away. Mark was a super helpful host as well. Thank you 😊

Amazing location, with a great view. We had a great time. Couple of nice restaurants / bars in walking distance which was great. Beach was also walkable. Frederika’s place was also really nice, clean and well maintained. Would recommend.

We had a brilliant stay at the townhouse! The most perfect location with everything on your doorstep. The house worked so well for our group size, each bedroom was beautiful and felt like being in a hotel but with the added bonus of lovely communal areas- big kitchen/diner and comfy lounge. Very generous with the amount of coffee/tea and biscuits provided and even a bottle of milk in the fridge. The kingswood hotel was very helpful in explaining the parking and being on hand if we needed anything. Sidmouth itself is a wonderful place for a holiday and so much to do locally. We will be back!

Lovely 3 bedroom property. Modern and elegant! We liked the kitchen, diner, skylight and central island counter top. Lots of natural light and lighting in the house was amazing. Comfortable, spacious bedrooms and nice, comfy beds. Good sized parking for one car. Good excess to attractions in Plymouth. We have enjoyed our trip. Daryl was helpful and responded very quickly. We would love to stay there again!

Beautiful maisonnette with stunning views, perfect location over looking the estuary. The conservatory was comfortable for relaxing ideal for a morning coffee. Well equipped kitchen, comfy bed and good electric shower. It was spotless! Thank you for a lovely stay.

Absolutely loved this place, everything was so perfect. The gorgeous private garden was a real bonus and we so appreciated the milk left for us to enjoy a cup of tea in the garden when we arrived. We would so love to be able to stay here again :))

Had a great stay at Dan’s place. It’s a great location, very central but also in a quiet neighbourhood. Communication with Dan was great and it was very easy to check in. Would definitely stay there again and recommend it to anyone who is staying in Exeter 🙂

Cannot fault this place and if this is the area you wish to visit, this is the place to stay. The loft is spotless with ample room and a lovely sunrise over the lake across the road is not to be missed. Jen is a terrific host and extremely friendly and approachable. She is proactive in the communication and offers extremely helpful advice on directions and things to do in the area. I will be looking to go back to the area again later this summer and will certainly be looking to stay with Jen again!

Louise is an incredible host. Her house is really well located, beautifully decorated and Louise has thought of everything to make your stay exceptional. We’re already booked in twice more this year!

This was your second stay in this lovely apartment. It's cozy, well decorated and furnished with excellent towels & linen. But it's all about the views. We booked knowing that it would almost certainly be a rainy week in March but we didn't mind as we'd happily potter about inside taking in the vista if so. As it turned out it was glorious and we got to explore the gorgeous surroundings more than we thought. We'll definitely be back, just hope it's available when we book! Thanks Freya.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Victoria was super helpful and it was easy to contact her asking recommendations during our stay. The apartment is in a super location, walking distance to the town centre, the hoe and the Barbican. There is a Tesco 2 minutes away. Lovely, homely flat, a real home from home. Karen and John's home was the perfect, surprisingly spacious retreat for our relaxing long weekend. Our children absolutely loved exploring all the rooms and playing hide-and-seek! The thoughtful Easter basket they left was such a sweet and appreciated touch. Despite some truly awful weather on our first day, we were so grateful for how cosy and comfortable the flat was to return to. The property is clearly freshly refurbished, beautifully presented, and immaculately clean – honestly, it's probably the cleanest place I've ever stayed. We would wholeheartedly recommend it!

Perfect place for two! Easy access to town promenade and the beautiful back beach Not our 1st visit or our last visit to Teignmouth but our first with Luke hosting…. We will be back! Couldn’t have asked for a better stay, to be able to have the enjoyment of peace and privacy yet amenities close by… was incredible. Hill side and beach walks right on your doorstep also… words can’t describe this incredible spot. Will 100% be looking into coming back in future.

Stayed here over the New Year period and it was perfect. Great location, the sea view was spectacular and the log burner was a great addition given the cold weather. Local pubs were so friendly and food was great. Will definitely return, thank you.

We had a lovely long weekend (4 night) stay (family of 4) at the apartment. We chose this apartment as it's in a good location (great views, near to the town and the harbour (approx. 15 min walk with young children), and it looked well maintained, very clean, etc). The photos did it justice, and was as expected. Martin was there to greet us on arrival, and had laid out some beach toys for the children. There was milk, tea, coffee, and a bottle of Prosecco in the apartment, which was a nice touch. There were some printed out maps of local places (beaches etc.) to visit, in the apartment, which Martin talked us through. The bed was probably the most comfortable bed we have ever slept in!! If we stay in Torquay again, we would happily stay at this apartment again.

A beautiful apartment, with plenty of room, clean and everything you need is there. The hosts are friendly and extremely helpful. Perfectly positioned for visiting all surrounding areas and walking to the sea front. Would recommend to everyone. Thank you for our stay.
