Monthly Rentals in Batignolles, Paris

I felt very lucky to have this place for my volunteer work at Olympics games. I stayed almost two months here and LOVED it!! Easy access to metro and bus, very convenient public transportation including night bus line from city center. Clelie is very kind and friendly, I appreciated her hospitality as well. Julie-Anne’s apartment was the quintessential Parisian city stay. Nestled in the 17eme, it is a quick hop and a skip from Rome Metro station, giving you quick and easy access to the heart of the City and the main tourist attractions. The 17eme is tucked away from the main tourist areas, yielding a brilliant offering of local shops, restaurants, and most importantly…bakeries, which you can peruse without the tourist hubbub. The apartment was spotless when we arrived and provided a stylish and charming hub for us to wind down at, after a long day of exploring the city! We would love to stay again next time we visit Paris :-) Thanks Julie-Anne!

We stayed a month in this lovely apartment in the 17th. The first thing to love about this apartment is its location. The area is just perfect for staying in a typical Parisien neighborhood that has many cafes, restaurants and shops. The Metro Villiers with 2 lines is just five minutes away and the Pont Cardinet train and metro station is an easy walk. There is a market street, Rue de Levis, just one block away. The second plus is the apartment itself. It is clean, quiet, roomy, very comfortable and just like the photos. And lastly, the hosts Adrien and Olivia were so kind and responsive. They replied to any query immediately and tried to make sure we had everything that we needed to make this a wonderful vacation experience. We would love to return and stay even longer. This is a fantastic apartment and location.

Vincent was a very friendly and helpful host. He answered immediately and provided me with guidance if questions occurred. The apartment is clean and includes everything you need. I recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Paris. The 17th arrondissement is not overly crowded with tourists since it is a quarter where mainly locals live. It is an excellent opportunity to get to know the real Paris.
