The owner was friendly and welcoming. She made sure to send me all the information I needed for my stay beforehand, and responded to messages quickly. The apartment was clean and there was even some food provided for me. Overall I felt very welcome (:

Stayed for a couple of days.Excellent place and 5 mins walk to the station. Abraham was very responsive and gave us clear instructions. The place was clean and tidy with all amenities listed in the post.

We really enjoyed our stay in the flat - we had a great weekend. The flat is lovely and warm, perfect size for us, comfortable beds, nicely decorated, and really central. Its 5 minutes walk from the museum and some good cafes and restaurants. Kitchen was fully kitted out and a good size (although a washing up bowl would have been useful). With an open plan kitchen and lounge, which includes a small dining table with stools, we chose to stay in and eat, as there was plenty of space. Quiet - although there is a pub over the road. We could hear the music, but it was by no means disturbing and finished early enough to not be a bother. We really enjoyed our stay and will definately be back. For anyone new to Airbnb, if you're sending messages, do so by logging into your account, not just replying to messages from the host. You need to prove your ID too. I didnt realise this so was very confused at first about how to communicate. Maybe obvious to most but not to me!

We stayed here for 2 nights, absolutely stunning place especially in the mornings where you can open the blinds and see beautiful fields with horses. Clean and tidy upon arrival, host was friendly and helpful. Everything in working order, electronics were fairly easy to get started and use. The hot tub was a lovely addition with the fairy lights. Tesco only a 5 min drive down the road Definitely would recommend! 😍🌟🌟

Alison has thought of everything. The place is a mini oasis and the personal touches - quality street left for Christmas, fresh bread and butter for breakfast - only added to a wonderful apartment. It was even more beautiful than the photos suggest - quality finishings, excellent location and lots of personality. Alison was great with her communication and very flexible with check-in and check-out. I cannot recommend enough. We will definitely be back.

Stayed here several times as a group of friends. Joanne is always so helpful and welcoming. We have a great time catching up, brilliant for socialising in the open plan lounge. It’s clean and well equipped and only 15 minutes into Leeds city centre for lots of shopping! We will be back again next year.

A very comfortable, tastefully furnished house, with parking for two cars. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We had a fantastic weekend in Nottingham celebrating our Daughter’s birthday. 5 adults and 2 children . Robbie and Kelly’s house is absolutely loverly, very high tech and they couldn’t do enough for us. We would highly recommend !!

Fabulous accommodation, parking outside was perfect. Everything you could need for a stay. Beds really comfortable. Definitely be back again.

Lovely place, lovely comfortable beds, so close to main part of matlock yet lovely and quiet! Host let us check in slightly early as had asked about using car parking space earlier. This was very nice of her and we really appreciated this

A handy, neat and tidy flat very close to Duffield amenities including great pub restaurants and a nice coffee shop. A good space for 2 for our few nights stay. Would use again for the area.

Rachel’s place was just what we wanted for an overnight stay in Sheffield for a concert. The extra bed (which our son used) meant we didn’t have to shell out for 2 hotel rooms so good value. Check in was very easy and the place was super clean and comfortable too. Thank Rachel.

Fantastic find in a superb location, it’s a nice spacious apartment with great views of the river Only visited for a couple of days but we enjoyed the local trail and the Anglers Retreat just down the lane. Will definitely be back at some point to explore the area more.

Lovely Apartment - very welcoming and responsive host. Flexible with questions - we had a query about the heating and he responded straight away. Welcome gift was appreciated, even though we booked at short notice, Max arranged for cleaners to reconfigure the beds for our kids which was most welcome. Super comfortable and beautiful location for walks right from the front door (although we really stayed in the apartment most of the time!!)Many thanks

Fantastic place in a great location. 5 minutes walk to the tram stop or 25 minutes walk into the centre. Had everything we needed and parking was easy. Would definitely stay here again

Spotlessly clean, only thing we would have liked that was missing for us, were blinds or curtains in the living room. Just for privacy from the buildings opposite. Great flat though would recommend 👍
