Carlo's place was great, self check-in worked great, because of my flight arrival time Carlo gave me access to Suite 2 hrs before check in time. Thanks Carlo. Suite is just as depicted in Pictures, clean, lots of extra bedding could have used a couple extra towels, but a great couple have a laundry drop off service across the street from main entrance of Condo complex, drop off before noon and pick up at 5 PM same day so that solved towel issue Lol. Road construction along Osminea St but looks like should be finished soon Condo complex is back far enough from street noise wasn't a problem, as a matter of fact Carlo"s Suite was very quiet. I would definitely recommend and will stay again next time I am in Lapu-Lapu City

Amaaaaazing stay! We stayed for 3 weeks in the apartment and it was exactly what we needed. The apartment was clean and very nice and it covered every need that we had. No issue with water, electricity or internet as I heard many places in the area have. As both, me and my partner worked remotely the entire time we needed a really good connection and we go it for the full run. So if you’re looking for an apartment in which you can work remotely you should consider this apartment. The pool in the complex was top, most of the times we had it to ourselves 😁 The host Arlene was really nice and helped us with any question or request we had. So if you are considering to book an apartment in Lapu-Lapu take this apartment into consideration.

Everything as agreed. Looked like photos. The only thing about the area is when it rain it pours, it floods - this IS NOT and owner or apartment issue its area drainage. I walk alot so it was observation but if you Grab or drive, none issue. I will stay again.

it's relaxing to stay in their place with complete amenities and facilities to do your work from home set up. Highly recommended 👍👍
