our new favorite place in the Catskills. we loved everything about our stay the house is in a very quiet and private place, surrounded by trees, with no houses or neighbors in site. we loved this feeling of being in the woods. the house was perfect for a family of 4: 2 comfortable bed rooms, 2 living room, one upstairs with access to the open kitchen and 2 decks and one family room downstairs with TV and games. all rooms very nicely decorated. the house was also very cleaned. we appreciated that Katherine and her husband left some bagel and muffins, fruits and yogurt for our first breakfast, very nice and convenient. communication with Katherine was great, she is very friendly, helpful and responsive. finally, what we loved about this place is that you can feel that this is not only a short term rental, but the place where Katherine and family spend time, so that it is very well equipped and full of charm

Lovely home, very peaceful. Board games available to play and a great view. Good for hiking, did not get to due to the snow, but an amazing stay!

We had a great stay! The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Jennifer left toiletries in the bathroom that came very useful. There was even an adorable arrangement of flowers left on the mantle being that it was my birthday weekend. She was very responsive!

Cozy place with beautiful scenery. Perfect for a private getaway. River's Edge and The Hungry Goat had great food and wonderful, friendly service staff.
