Excellent. I lived here for six weeks K and her cohost Jim are extremely responsive and helpful. I would recommend this spot to anybody for short or long-term stays. Neighborhood is quiet and safe overall just a great place to be.

Michael & Emily (and Stella 🐾) were kind, welcoming and responsive hosts! We stayed for one night, and loved the comfortable bed, pristine bathroom and cozy kitchen. Centrally located to a few Hudson valley towns worth checking out, this is a sweet spot to retire to after a long day. Safe and serene area, a great deal, and comfortable! The personalized touches were so appreciated (handwritten note, welcome sign & snacks!) thank you!

Nick’s place was truly wonderful. It’s incredibly comfy and spacious. Nick is the most communicative. It’s the ideal location- 15 mins from Hudson, Rhinebeck, and Kingston. Highly recommend the home and the location. Kitchen has everything you need. Overall really great.

We stayed for about 3 weeks and couldn't have been more satisfied. Ruth was clear, helpful, and really responsive to messages. The home was cozy and clean too!
