Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Barrow-in-Furness District

The house was in a beautiful situation and was immaculate. There was everything you could want in the kitchen and lots of seating. Tamara was quick to greet us on arrival to make sure we were happy with everything. There was lots to do in the local area and it was within walking distance of Cartmel with all its cafes/ restaurants / park and lovely shops. We were lucky with the weather so we’re able to make use of the garden which had lovely views. We enjoyed using the hot tub too ! All in all a lovely house which matched the description of it .

The property was superb, even better than the photographs. It’s ideally situated for access to Bowness and surrounding area. The views from the outside terrace were fabulous - even though the weather was mixed! The hot tub and games room were well used and enjoyed by our mixed age group. Overall a brilliant holiday in a beautiful home and David our host met us at the property and even allowed us in early!

Had an amazing stay at Tarn Croft. House is gorgeous and is in a peaceful and tranquil setting. Couldn’t recommend highly enough.

This place is gorgeous and very well kept up to date, the hot tub is great and really the kitchen fantastic and well laid out. Very happy.

What a lovely home. We had a great 4 night stay. Everything was clean and plenty of space for our family of 4 plus our dog. A welcome treat for us and the dog was well received. We particularly enjoyed launching our paddle boards from the jetty and relaxing in the hot tub.. The next door building as mentioned didn’t take away from the stay at all. Thanks a lot!

Lovely cottage in a perfectly idyllic setting tucked away 5 mins from all amenities in Ambleside. Very clean and well equipped and Catherine was very easy to deal with. Would be happy to return.

We had a great time at Canny Brow Barn. Everything you could possible think of or need for your stay, Ian and Anne-Marie had thought about, from a cocktail shaker to cleaning products to games. Would highly recommend!

Our group of 7 adults and 3 kids really enjoyed our stay. The place was cozy, comfortable and had everything we needed. It provided the perfect getaway and we will definitely be back.

The farmhouse was beautiful, with a gorgeous setting and the hot tub was very relaxing. Will deffinately stay again.

We had a great stay. The house was in a beautiful location, right on the estuary. Plenty of beach for walking. Beds were comfy and ample linen and towels were provided plus a great welcome hamper. The games room provided hours of entertainment and the hot tub was lovely for relaxing in after a busy day. The nearby rock park/quarry was a really interesting day out. We also enjoyed a meal out at the King William IV in Kirksanton. Jenny was a great host and was extremely welcoming and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Jerry was super responsive and responded within minutes whenever we needed something, which was really appreciated (even around midnight 😅). The house is beautiful, very well furnished. Hot tub was a favourite and the river is incredibly scenic.

A great place to stay with family to explore the lake district. It's a perfect hideaway from the city. The house is very beautiful and there are lots of different spaces to huddle up with your family. It was luxurious yet homely.

Absolutely beautiful lodge in stunning surroundings. Came as a family of four and enjoyed the hot tub, the local walks and the local pubs. The lodge is spotless, the hosts are really responsive and very friendly. Extra touches like the robes and milk and bread were appreciated. Couldn't find fault.

We had a lovely time! He kept us up to date with check in and allowed us to check in at 11:00am which was very kind! He thoroughly gave us a tour of the Lakeland Leisure Village and Lodge whilst also providing recommendations of places to eat and things to do. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely be recommending to others and hopefully staying again at some point in the future.

Thank you Abigail and John. We had such a fantastic weekend! The lodge was much bigger than we expected and really comfortable. The hot tub is brilliant and we went for a swim at the pool onsite which the kids loved. we will definitely be back!

I booked this for my partners birthday weekend away and we came with our dog for 2 nights at the end of Mar. Ellie was a great host, she was quick and easy to communicate with and made sure we all felt welcome and even decorated the lodge for my partners bday. We had a wonderful time, the lodge was well equipped and cosy, the hot tub was perfect especially at night and the area was very peaceful with some stunning views so all in all just what we needed. We really enjoyed our time here and my partner loved it for her birthday weekend away - we would be looking to come back in the future. I would highly recommend this lodge for anyone who is looking to book. P.s we decided to tackle Scafell pike which was around 25mins away - do not recommend doing on a wet and windy day as I thought i was going to die

Myself and my family had a wonderful time at Charlottes place. It was in a great location with a lovely view over the lake and the cabin itself was extremely well equipped with everything you would need to enjoy your stay. We enjoyed exploring the area, lots to see and do, Kirkby Lonsdale was our favourite but plenty to come back for. Charlotte was a great host, responding to questions very quickly. We hope to return to this area of the country at some point in the future and would love to stay and Charlottes place.

We had a lovely stay here. The pictures don’t do it enough justice. The lodge was so nice with everything you could need. There was lots of nearby recommendations, clear and precise instructions on how to find the lodge and also how to operate all the appliances, it had such a homely feel and the views were amazing. We would 100% come back here. We can’t thank Tracy enough for having us.

Spotlessly clean with everything we needed including towels, cleaning products & tea & coffee. With the added bonus of the hot tub! A great place for exploring further afield!
