Monthly Rentals in Barranca River

Our family of ten stayed for seven days starting at the end of January 2025. The house and grounds are well-kept. We loved the pool and the walk out to the beach. The best thing was having the couple (Javier and Yorleny) that lived next to the house and could help us with any issues. We needed a baby crib, and Javier got one for us. Javier ensured we had water when the local power would be off for part of the day. When we needed to wash clothes, Javier helped us to use the washing machine. Having them there made us feel safe and was a huge advantage. The house was great, and it had enough space for all of us. Air conditioning in the rooms was a must in the heat. It was fun to see the parrots flying over every day and the other wildlife. I recommend staying here to anyone. Pablo has a beautiful home. Thank you, Pablo, for letting us stay here on our trip.

We extended our stay from 3 nights to 6 nights. the host is perfect: responds quickly, gives us a thousand and a recommendation, is proactive. Fernando and Ingrid who takes care of the place are MORE THAN PERFECT. We are friendly with them. We even have dinner with their families. the location is especially perfect for long stays: everything is about a 15 mins-2h drive. (Puntarenas, Paquera, Santa Theresa, Montezuma, Monteverde, Fortuna, Jaco, playa Blanca, San Jose, etc.) In addition to nooks that are REALLY to be SEEN directly in Esparza. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND. You will not be disappointed.
