The village is all equipped with all the comforts such as; restaurants, bakery, pharmacy, bank. Nearby you can find picturesque Spanish villages and the Guadalest reservoir. Beaches are a 25-minute walk away. Guadalest's pool is open during the summer. Niet ver van Altea (10 min), Albir (15 min), Benidorm (15 min), Calpe (30 min), Moraira (40 min), Benissa (40 min), Javea en Denia (50 min). Altea with its beautiful church and cozy narrow streets in the old town. Nice view from the terrace to the sea and the mountains. All modern comforts are provided (TV, internet, free wifi,...).

The cottage (built between 1910- 1920) is one of the few traditional Mediterranean style buildings in the area that has been preserved and has not been demolished in order to build apartment blocks.
