Waterfront vacation rentals in Barnstable

We had a great weekend at this place. The place is small, but has everything you need. The porch and large deck are perfect for enjoying the weather and the view of the Canal. It was a great location for exploring lots of places on the Cape, without having to deal with traffic! We loved biking and walking on the trail alongside the Canal. The kitchen was complete with everything you need for cooking (just bring your own food!).

We spent our anniversary at Leslie’s place and it was a beautiful! The views and location was like no other and we would book again! Leslie was very responsive and even left us some dinner when we came in late from the ferry. The restaurant staff were friendly and it was everything described in the listing. We didn’t want to leave!

My daughter and I had a lovely stay at Marks. The apartment was immaculately clean and it had everything I needed. The thrift shop across the street is a must visit. The street has a nice cozy vibe with the Main Street right around the corner. The large selection of Vineyard historical books was so fun to look through. What a great collection. Will definitely stay again.

The place was immaculate & they thought of everything! Coffee, water breakfast items & snacks were provided. They were also incredibly helpful & very responsive. Highly recommend!!!

We stayed for three nights for our daughters wedding at the cape club and it was close to the venue, easy to find, beautiful home in a peaceful setting and right near the bike path which was great for morning runs!!! I would absolutely recommend this beautiful home for a large group to stay and enjoy the Falmouth area!!!

Absolutely beautiful property. Looks deceivingly small from the outside but so expansive on the inside. Right on the water and in a walkable area. Lots of amenities. Close to all the things we wanted to do in Sandwich. Will be saving this and can’t wait to come back!

Tina's BnB is so peaceful and in a beautiful setting with a beach. The cottage is right on the bay - sunsets are stunning. The bed is very comfortable, which is unusual for most BnBs. It is in a quiet neighborhood, and I slept well each night! Everything was clean. Even though I ate out nightly, the kitchen had all that you need to prepare a dinner. There is also a shed with beach toys and chairs. Tina checked in a few times through the message app and offered assistance, but I had everything I needed. I loved my stay and will return in the future!

The house is clean and comfortable, well equipped with kayaks, life vests in different sizes, and table tennis. We enjoyed kayaking on the pond and fishing from the dock in the garden. The location is very convenient: it's near Brewster flats, seashores, Chatham Pier fish market, and Snow Owl cafe. We visited some antique shops in Brewser and played mini golf in Yarmouth. We really enjoyed our stay in Cape Cod.

This place did not disappoint!! Beautiful location on a picture perfect pond. We enjoyed kayaking and fishing. We were only there for a weekend but I kept wishing it was for the week! The house was massive and there were plenty of beds!! Very family friendly. Games, beach gear, boats etc. all right there. If you are looking for a laid back, relaxing cape experience this is it! Fully equipped kitchen was handy for making a massive breakfast to start the day. The deck view was beautiful and the breeze was refreshing. Thank you for letting us “borrow” your home.

I highly recommend this beautiful home for your next stay. It had a spectacular view and the house was very well maintained and furnished. This home was conveniently located and felt very private at the same time.

Kerri's place is beautiful and close to everything you'll need for Cape vacation. The house is right on the Swan River, with easy access for kayaks. You can paddle to the ocean or to Swan Pond easily...just keep an eye on the tides if you don't work hard against the current. She was an attentive host, with a beautiful, sparkling clean home. You'll love sitting outside for your morning coffee or spending the evening sitting around the fire pit.

We have stayed in quite a few airbnb’s and this is by far one of our favorites!! The pictures don’t even show how absolutely stunning this house is. It was immaculately clean with so many little extras that it made it the perfect house to stay in for an extended time. The neighborhood was great and so close to the cape which was geeat for day trips. We will definitely be staying again if we don’t purchase property in the area because we loved it so much!

Kevin’s place was perfect - clean, cozy and right in the middle of everything. You have your own little beach access and can walk right down commercial street - best of both worlds. 10/10 would recommend!

Great location for a quiet, peaceful Cape Cod family getaway. Perfect space for group of 4, located on quiet corner of Chatham/cape cod. Very walkable to downtown and lighthouse beach (best beach in cape cod). Julia is a wonderful host, extremely responsive and her local recommendations for visitors were outstanding, especially for first time visitors to CC. Would recommend.

I had an amazing time. The place looked exactly like the pictures. Everything was very clean and comfortable. The host was very responsive and helpful. The location is very convenient and close to other attractions. I would highly recommend this place for anyone who is looking for a great place to stay!

Great place. All the good reviews are accurate. 3 minor issues that can be fixed quickly: 1. Parking is not on site and you have to park a couple of blocks away. That should be pointed out in the description, maybe it was and I didn’t see it 2. When you first walk in, the apartment is stuffy, but it’s fine once you air it out. I think it’s the couch or couch covers 3. No detergent for the washer, so bring your own. It’s the first time I stayed at an Airbnb that didn’t provide it Everything else was great, thanks for having us!

Great place to stay! Excellent location and walking distance to everything we were looking for. Place was comfortable and as advertised. Comfortably accommodated five adults. Scott responded quickly to all communication and provided accurate and thorough instructions. Highly recommend and will stay again if in the area!

We loved staying at Anil’s place!! The view of the ocean was incredible. It was so peaceful. It was a sweet loft apartment, just the right size for my husband and I. It was clean, the bed was comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed to make a few meals. We come to Provincetown once a year and this is our favorite accommodation yet! It’s a perfect, quiet location that is also within walking distance to all the shops and restaurants!
