We had an amazing stay here! There was a group of 6 of us (one on the couch) + a dog. Melissa was so sweet and easy to communicate with. They left us a bottle of wine and local snacks, plus had tons of great recommendations! The house had ample space (the downstairs was way more spacious than the photos looked!) and the house was stocked with pantry staples, coffee/tea, games, books, beach towels, etc. They were even nice enough to let us borrow beach chairs for the day! The location was central and a close drive to nice beaches and good restaurants, and the neighborhood was nice for walking in the mornings. Friendly neighbors too! Would recommend to any friends or family!

I was here for the wellfleet oyster fest (best and biggest in the USA) Couldn’t have been happier. About 15 min walk to the downtown. Beds were comfortable and space was perfect. I’ll be back next year!

Randi’s home was as described. Beautiful cottage feel with excellent amenities. The guest suite was very private, with adequate indoor and outdoor space to enjoy. The suite was styled to feel very homey but updated to be efficient. Randi was also kindly enough to provide us access to the property (hammock, fire pit, patio) and other amenities (beach chairs, umbrellas,kayaks). Close walk to great spots like Nomans and super close to the pond and the beach. Perfect location to enjoy Oak Bluffs. Looking forward to staying at the property again.

This was exactly what we were looking for--it was equal distant from vineyard haven and oaks bluff, right along the bus route. We ended up renting bikes and biking to and from different towns, which was amazing. Theda was extremely responsive and even let us check in and out when we needed. We'll definitely stay here again when we're in town!

My wife and I stayed here for our one year anniversary, and we were so so happy with our stay! Arman was very kind and genuine from the moment we booked our stay, up until our departure. He made sure we gave him a call as soon as we checked in to let us know about all the features of the house that may be hidden, and gave us amazing recommendations around the area that made it very difficult for us to want to venture out anywhere else! (Bucatino's and Somerset creamery, YUM!!!). We had the pleasure of meeting Arman in person just one time. He was kind, genuine, and very personable. Also very respective of our privacy, which we really appreciate. His fish pond out back is AMAZING! I looked forward to feeding the fish because they were so beautiful to look at! The pond lights up at night, and it looks really cool! If we are ever back in the area, we are definitely going to look for Arman's place again. Thank you so much for your accomodations!!!

Me and my family felt right at home at Deborah’s place! Great stay and perfect location close to great restaurant and great activities! Clean and quiet! Love all the plants and nature! Would recommend and stay again! Also very kind to us! Thank you!

Great spot with private entrance and cozy setup. Came during winter but can imagine its also a perfect summer getaway. All in all, cute and convenient place!

Most quiet place we’ve ever stayed. Even though it is part of a larger house (a downstairs studio apartment), the space is very private with a dedicated driveway and yard that is lovely. If you’re taking advantage of all the fun places to go in the surrounding towns this place is perfect. The outside table and chairs added some nice living space too. There are some great suggestions in the notebook to consider when arriving if you’re not familiar with Chatham. Loved the throw blankets for cool evenings, a nice touch. Also, the bike path is just up the road so you can ride from the house. A great place all around.

This was my second stay with Patty, Eric, Trooper and Snappy. I cannot say enough good things about them as hosts. They have tried to anticipate your every need, but are so accommodating and actively look for ways to make your stay even better. Patty baked fresh muffins for both of my visits, which were fabulous! She really works to make your visit extra special with so many nice touches. I had my dog with me this time and, because they have a dog of their own, they took her into consideration too with treats, a full water bowl upon arrival, and a dog blanket. The village is a short walk with some great restaurants like Beth's, The Seal and The Belfry. If you are looking for a wonderful Cape getaway, I highly recommend The Oasis!

Very friendly host and family. Made us feel right at home, accommodated our needs and always very responsive. This Airbnb is in an absolutely beautiful location and very true to the fact that you beat the crowds and bustle of the tourist areas but are close enough if you want to visit. Definitely would come back!!

My daughters and I loved staying at Julia’s while vacationing at Cape Cod. Her place is nice, warm, welcoming with beautiful flower gardens next to her patio.

Susan and Tom are phenomenal people and we had a very pleasant stay. The walk to the beach is only 5 minutes and we had a great time. Beautiful neighborhood. Bikes were super convenient. Susan even left us a bottle of wine. Absolute bargain!

This Truro private 2BDR unit is wonderfully designed for privacy and views to the adjacent conservation land with old growth pine and oak. A perfect weekend retreat (+ weekly) where you can just relax, read and sun on the back porch, or visit nearby beautiful Ballston Beach and Provincetown. Designed with a great eye for clean modern lines and clarity, this unit is well sited from the main residence for privacy. The interior is spacious with tall ceilings and large expanses of glass to the exterior views and natural light. Both bedrooms are beautifully furnished with comfortable beds and fine cotton linens, writing desks and beautiful crafts. Everything about Cass and Matt's listing was accurate and they make sure that your stay is discrete and memorable. Highly recommend this Airbnb.

Anne’s place is amazing! Centrally located, yet on a quiet street. You can easily walk to grab coffee or lunch, walk to the beach, bike path is just 10 steps away. Studio has everything you need and even more. Once we have checked in we found treats left for us, as well as water, a few candies and fruit, so it felt like we came to stay at a family member’s place. If we ever travel to the area without our dog, we will choose to stay only here :)

Max was an amazing host and we absolutely loved our stay here. The space was great for 4 people and was very walkable to downtown Main St. We were able to take a ferry to Martha’s Vineyard and there were plenty of things to do. The Airbnb was clean and roomy with everything we needed for a weekend girls trip. I’d highly recommend!

Julie’s place was amazing! It was very clean, had anything you could possibly need, was in a quiet neighbourhood and had a very comfy bed. It was also more spacious than we expected it to be. Truly the best air bnb we have stayed in! We would definitely go back

The place was really great and in a cool and private space

What an amazing space - I love historic houses and especially love old carriage houses, especially when they're restored as beautifully as this one. It had that cozy 1899 era feel like you were stepping back in time, but everything was renovated to modern day standards and decorated with a fitting kind of nautical vibe to match the history + area. George was a fantastic host, sweet enough to check in after the first night and immediately responsive, very accommodating. Wish I could have stayed longer than just a few nights, but hope to have the opportunity to come back!

Highly recommend!! I was in town for a horse show and this lovely private apartment was conveniently located 10 minutes away from the show grounds. It was so easy for us to come and go as needed through our own private entrance. It was clean, organized, and the owner’s instructions were very clear and helpful. It is located in a very nice area with great restaurants very close.

This was an excellent location for us, it was very close to where we needed to be. The apartment is on the second floor and there are two outside flights of stairs to access it. The space is a typical Cape Cod vacation cottage, older but nice. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to any couple.

We had a delightful long weekend at Carol's place. It was spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated, and had everything we needed. The second-floor location overlooking the peaceful backyard felt like we were in our own private treehouse! We enjoyed sipping our morning coffee on the porch listening to the birds singing. The location is close to the historic district on Route 6A , but on a quiet side street away from traffic noises. Carol was very communicative and helpful. We would be happy to return on our next visit to the Cape!

Clean and private! Instructions were well written, and the place looked exactly as described. We had some small missing pleasantries like tissues (unless we didn’t look in the right place for them) and a small trash bag for the bathroom (again, unless we missed them) but otherwise it was quite a nice stay. The property itself is pretty! My only comment is that it’s a little hard to find from the road and the “don’t tread on me” flag in the driveway made us think we shouldn’t drive up to the door.

This was our third time staying here, and Janice’s home is perfect for a long weekend stay. Janice is very communicative, provides great recommendations for the Cape, and the apartment’s proximity to the beach is perfect for a short walk or jog. Looking forward to returning!
