Comfortable overnight stay in Barmstedt

We felt very comfortable in the apartment and the large garden. Barmstedt is a cozy small town with a very nice lake within walking distance of the apartment. The train station is around the corner and there is a good connection to Hamburg. For us, the apartment was also the base camp for Wacken. 20 minutes to Itzehoe and then take the shuttle bus to the festival.

We traveled out of town with our cat to spend a quiet New Year's Eve here and it was worth it: very nice hosts, a cozy apartment in the middle of the horse farm, where nothing is missing and a quiet evening! We will be happy to come back!

This is the second time my wife and I visited Kevin's beautiful place to visit family nearby. The property is incredibly clean, comfortable, and just one of our favorites. We will keep coming back as long as Kevin haves us!
