Great stay. Damien was available from the start to answer any questions we had. We were traveling with a 2-year-old and a portable crib was made available as well as a high chair. Super easy check-in and check-out. The accommodation is as described and is in a great location. There's a bit of noise but that's the deal with such an amazing location! Apartment equipped with air conditioning. I highly recommend it.

This may be Barcelona’s best kept secret! Our family spent 4 evenings here and we wish it had been longer. There were 5 of us, my husband is quite tall so he slept on the couch bed and said it was very comfortable! For many families, two children could sleep on the couch comfortably, it was quite large. We cooked breakfast everyday with the most amazing view of the Sagrada Família. Shower was large and overhead shower head was a bonus for my tall husband. Beds were comfortable. The rooftop was incredible! Our kids wanted to spend all their time there! Would absolutely return.

Firstly, really decent stay here and great location. Easy walk to Sagrada Família and 30 seconds to the metro stop. Hosts were very responsive and helpful. Apart was clean (and smelt good), however the floors were a little dirty (needs a vacuum and clean). Overall, very happy with the stay and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Apartment as described. It has character and is very pleasant to live in. A shower and toilet for each room is a real plus. The private terrace is lovely. The bedding is extremely comfortable. Matteo gave us a very friendly welcome and the whole team is responsive. They even offered to book the taxi back. The location is ideal and the apartment is quiet on the top floor with elevator elevator. We highly recommend this listing.

We absolutely loved this apartment! It was in a perfect location to explore the city, the building was secure and quiet with wonderful views! We enjoyed the kitchen which had all that we needed to prepare our morning coffees and also for snacks when relaxing on the roof top terrace at the end of our days. Miquel is a gracious host who met us at the apt and explained everything to us. The beds were comfortable and everything was very clean! We highly recommend this apt in Barcelona

The place exactly the same as photos. A bit far from city center, but there is a lot restaurant,supermarket (lidl and local),beauty and nail salon,barbershop,tattoo parlor so you wouldn’t be stranded no where. So far we have both felt secure and worry some with the security people, since it felt like we’re not welcome into the building. Alex is fast responding and although he didn’t speak english, we communicate through google translation and it worked just fine. Recommended for couple and not so much for family with kid (s) since there is only 1 bedroom and your kid will be sleeping at sofa.

Apartment in a perfectly restored historic building, both the exterior facade and the interior. Brand new furniture. Bed with topper. Also very comfortable sofa bed. Exceptional cleanliness throughout the house. No keys, but automatic locks with keypad or digital button. Very kind staff and always ready to respond to our requests. Highly recommended. When we return to Barcelona it will definitely be with Aspasios

I had a wonderful stay at Ramon's place! The location was perfect, just a walking distance from multiple attractions, and the apartment was clean, stylish, and well-equipped. The bed was comfortable, and the kitchen had everything you need. There was one small issue with the electricity, but Ramon’s was incredibly responsive & considerate; he had me immediately relocate to another apartment in the same building with an even better view! Communication was top-notch throughout, and I’d absolutely book again. Highly recommend!

We could not have been happier with our stay at the Aspasio apartment in Barcelona. The location was ideal- we always felt safe, there were a number of great cafes and restaurants close by, and many of the major attractions were a quick walk away. The hosts were wonderful too- they were very responsive and helpful, going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The beds were comfortable and the apartment size was perfect for our family of 4. We could not have been happier with our stay and are so grateful that we found this place! Thank you Juan, Catarina and staff for helping to make our time in Barcelona so enjoyable!

Really loved our stay at Zhanna's appartment. The location is fantastic, 2 mins to supermarket, 10 mins walk to town and 15 mins to beach. We walked everywhere and didnt need a hire car ( although there is a garage to park your hire car). Having the pool was great for my kids ( 13 and 11) as they spent a lot of time there just relaxing. Would love to come back again.

We enjoyed the view from the apartment as well as the decor of the apartment. The shower was very nice too. The location is ideal, close to everything on foot but also right next to buses, metro etc. if needed. We were able to drop off our luggage in the enjoy Barcelona buildings on the way there because we arrived a little too early compared to the possible check-in time in the apartment, and on the way back to be able to enjoy our last morning before taking the plane. They are 10 minutes from the apartment, it's very easy. This is also where you pick up the keys when you arrive (to leave, just leave the keys on the table). The only thing that disappointed us a little was the mattress of the double bed, which we found much too soft. A coffee table would also have been practical in addition to the dining table. Despite these small details our stay was very pleasant and we recommend the apartment which is very quiet.

We had a great stay in Casa A. From the airport bus you can quickly walk to the apartment, it is very nicely decorated and there is everything you need. We also enjoyed the recommendations for gastronomy in the neighborhood. The double beds are not particularly wide, but very comfortable. For the charm of the old building, you have to expect some noise level at night from the street. The hosts are super friendly & always reachable. We will be back! :)

Mireia was very helpful and generous in assisting our stay, from check-in to departure. The apartment's location, in Barcelona's Gracia neighborhood, is lively and diverse, but not overly tourist-centered. Walking to a number of locations--Gaudi buildings and the Block of Discord; Placa Catalunya and Barri Gotic; and a variety of restaurants and cultural attractions. The apartment was very comfortable and attractive. We would stay there again.
