Excellent place to stay. Really close to Mataró and central Barca. Parking clearly an issue with the neighbours, but we just parked further away instead. Lots of steps leading from the gate to the front door. So if you struggle with that then access may be an issue for you. But the house was amazing, it had everything we needed and stunning views.

Josep has been a very attentive host throughout the process. We went to her place for a celebration and the house is fully equipped with everything you need, everything clean and with different spaces to hang out. We were very comfortable.

We had a great time in Sylvia's house, quiet and peaceful place, close to shops and big cities for beautiful walks and discovery of the Catalan region. Listing is as advertised Very well equipped with all the comforts you need, very clean. We felt right at home. Also a very well-maintained pool. Sylvia is a friendly host, very responsive when we need information. I recommend it + +++++

We had a great time at Nora's to celebrate the new year. The house is very warm and the outside is very nice! The house was even decorated for Christmas with a tree. Communication with Nora was very good. Thanks again :)

We had a lovely few days staying here, it is a beautiful villa with lots of space, we stayed with some friends, there was 8 of us in total and it worked perfectly for both the adults and the kids. We loved the pool & and music system - perfect for afternoons in the sun relaxing. The restaurant recommendations from Maria were all great as well. Communication was fast to any queries we had. The location was perfect - near to the beach, supermarket and restaurants. I would highly recommend a stay here!

Our stay in the house was extraordinary! We spent New Year's Eve 6 2 children, and it was perfect! The spaciousness, brightness and warmth of the house thanks to the heating made us feel at home from the moment. Everything was spotless, and the charm that overflows every corner made the experience even more special. The amenities offered by the house, from the beds to the views, to the great and equipped kitchen and spacious dining room or wonderful rooms, exceeded our expectations. Isabel, our host, was also exceptional. Their help and disposition made our stay even more enjoyable if it fits. I would definitely recommend this place! A memorable experience thanks to a perfect house and a wonderful hostess. Thank you very much for everything, Isabel!

We had a great time at this beautiful home bigger than we expected. Jacob is very available when needed, always ready to respond to requests but discreetly. The location is perfect: very nice beach in Mataró 20 minutes from the house. Barcelona by train 30 minutes away. The house, on the hill, is very cool despite the heat of July. We highly recommend.

Our stay at Chalet a sólo was excellent! The house was clean, cozy, well-equipped with everything we needed, and beautifully decorated. Meri, the host, was an incredible communicator, provided clear instructions for check-in and check-out, and was beyond responsive to any questions we had. The location was perfect; it was a close drive to Barcelona and had many local restaurants and things to do, making it convenient for exploring the city or spending time closer to home. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would definitely recommend it to others! Meri left a great list of recommended activities and restaurants. We had dinner one night at Hostal de la Plaça which was beyond words. Sorli supermarket was just down the road, which made grocery shipping convenient, and there was also a cute little cafe/bakery attached that we went to in the mornings. We wish we had more time to enjoy the house and the surroundings. Without a doubt, we'll be back! Strongly advised!

Great place to stay outside of the city and perfect for larger families who have a car to explore Barcelona and surroundings. The airport, the city and beaches are all within a half hour drive. We enjoyed the views and nature surrounding the property and the property was well equipped with everything we needed to enjoy nights in. Although quite cold at night, we were pleased with the heating of the property. Communication with Isabella was friendly and responsive.

The house is wonderful with air conditioning and my kids had a great time at the pool. Pilar is a woman's charm that makes you feel right at home. If I have the opportunity to go back to Catalonia, he will definitely go back to this house.

Frankly we had a pleasant week, friendly as a family around which we were able to enjoy the pool besides , my children enjoyed spending time there. In addition , we were able to visit Barcelona and then Valencia. A big thank you to Miguel as well as his wife , for this stay, and for the help provided . Would highly recommend!😉😉

It is an amazing choice for family stay. The villa really exceed expectation and is more cozy than it looks on photo. A number of toys for kids and boardgames will help with evening activities. And two level swimming pool make it possible to enjoy even for our younger ones. Nat is very hospitable host ready to help with any questions. Highly recommended and would like to come back next year.
