Mike’s rental is a solid choice for anyone new to Honolulu, whether you’re seeking a permanent spot or working as a traveling nurse. The space is cozy and functional for one person, though there are a few things to consider. The floors are a bit thin, so you might hear some noise from footsteps upstairs or music from the neighboring unit, especially on weekends, sometimes until 3 a.m. Additionally, a street light right outside the bedroom means the room never gets completely dark. Despite these minor issues, I’d still recommend this place and would consider renting it again if I did not find a permanent place. Mike is incredibly responsive and attentive, and as the title suggests, the location is super central! I actually find myself in this area more often than my current permanent residence—go figure!

I had an incredible stay at Tommy and Molly's cosy rental! The location was perfect—just a short bike ride to the beach and village center. The studio was cozy, with a private lanai that made it feel like my own little home. Tommy and Molly were lovely hosts, always friendly and eager to share local tips, making me feel truly welcomed. Having access to beach gear was a thoughtful bonus! Staying here allowed me to experience the heart of Kailua. Highly recommend to anyone looking for an authentic, relaxing stay!

Laya is a very responsive and friendly host! Her place is exactly as described and is a very central location to the beach and nearby restaurants. Laya’s place is a perfect space and has just about everything you could need for your stay. I loved my stay here and would definitely recommend!
