David’s place was incredible for what we needed! Will stay again if we come back to Florence. Highly recommend and it’s right by the train so very convenient if coming from Rome.

So highly recommend this apartment, location, and Romy. The place is beautifully organized and instantly comfortable. The location is quiet and removed from the heaviest trafficked areas but you can be at some of the top spots within minutes of walking. Romy communicated a lot, gave great recommendations and was easy to chat with. Highly recommend. Made our stay in Florence so easy.

The apartment in Tavarnelle was everything described and then some. I had a long stay here, so I got to meet Beatrice and Clizya and was charmed by them. They were generous and warm hosts. The apartment is cozy, comfortable, clean and well situated. There are several good restaurants within easy walking distance. I loved that the apartment opened on a central street but the terrace at the back gives onto the country side. Tavarnelle is well situated to provide access to most popular sites in central Tuscany. If this is what you are wishing for your travels, do not hesitate to stay here.

It is a lovely apartment and we especially liked the terrace with the overhang so we could could sit outside when it was warm but drizzling. It is a far walk from the center of Florence but a few good cafes and restaurants nearby.

This is my favorite place to stay in Florence! Always affordable, close to public transportation, and the host communicates very well. Thank you so much!

Carlo was a great host! Very friendly and easy to communicate with. We loved the apartment, it definitely exceeded our expectations. The location was perfect and we always felt very safe. We would highly recommend this accommodation if traveling to Florence.

Great place with a magnificent view, quiet in the heights. The pool is very pleasant during the day and the bar / restaurant offers a good value for money with a great kindness from the hosts! I recommend it.

Andrea’s place & Palaia town far exceeded our expectations. From the first morning we arrived and were very early due to poor flight options, Andrea welcomed us into her home for coffee until the room was ready (which was early for us at no further expense!). The apartment was much bigger than the pictures suggest and the view was Tuscan beauty at it’s finest, vast rolling hills, beautiful sunsets and a hot tub that overlooked it all👌🏼 Palaia is a small, quiet town but has several brilliant restaurants and the pub was so friendly from staff to locals, we enjoyed it immensely. We visited Florence with ease due to the driver (Gigi) Andrea had organised and he was so flexible and reasonably priced. Finally, on our last day we were invited to Andrea’s home to help harvest olives and had a beautiful day with her & her partner Simone & his father and were made to feel so at home with them . This place is special and the people even more so, we will be back, Grazie Andrea🙏🏼 Kyle & Robyn

We had a great stay together with our 2 children aged 10 and 13. Gino and Margherita are particularly friendly and helpful people and also provide enough privacy. The house is spacious, clean and the air conditioning worked great, which is important with these warm temperatures to keep it pleasant. The sunsets from the terrace are beautiful. The pool is large and very nice to cool off in!

Giglio was accessible and helpful at all times. Communication in English smoothly..The apartment is very cozy and corresponds to the photos. Giglio is a very friendly and empathetic person with whom we laughed a lot and welcomed us extremely lovingly and also said goodbye at the end.

Felt right at home. Chiara and her family were very helpful and considerate for us being available at midnight for a smooth checkin. Though it is little far from the station but the stay was definitely worth it. 100% recommended!!

My family and I stayed in early November. Wonderful apartment overlooking the dome of Santa Maria. A beautiful terrace where you can have breakfast, 3 full bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. The kitchen has everything you need. Big fridge. Lots of greens. Perfect for two families or one big like ours. Highly recommend

We had a great stay! Loved that it was a more local neighborhood but still very close to the tourist center. Some of our neighborhood favorites were the convenient NaturaSi organic food store, bakery/bar Pasticceria Marisa, Pizzeria Insieme restaurant, and La Cambusa del Capitano seafood restaurant. We stayed with our 9 month old and found it very suitable for our needs including a good quality travel crib. Parking was fantastic for having the flexibility of exploring Tuscany through day trips by car.

We were very pleased with our stay. We were close to the historic center. Caterina was lovely and always responsive to our questions.

The location is fantastic, very close to the city center and all the main tourist spots. The terraces provide wonderful views, the main terrace faces the Arno with a view of Piazzale Michaelangelo. The host was very responsive and provided extensive details for our stay. Entry instructions were clear as were details about what to do, where to go, where to eat, shop, relax, and drink. It was a self-guided tour of instructions, beneficial. I did see reviews about low water pressure. I found it acceptable. We loved the apartment and I would look to stay again.

This is a beautiful place, comfortable and full of personality, centrally located between two important landmarks: Piazza della Signoria and Santa Croce. Alessandra was very accommodating, allowing me to drop off my bag before check-in time, and sending me helpful sightseeing recommendations. She took time during her holiday to give me instructions over the phone, which I appreciated. This accommodation has everything you need for a comfortable stay. I highly recommend it and hope to be back.

We absolutely loved our stay here! It was spacious, had two bedrooms with very comfortable beds, double sinks in the bathroom with nice gold fixtures, and we loved how we could open up the windows in the kitchen. Fridge was very cold too! Highly recommend this Airbnb - much nicer than the one we had in Rome. We walked everywhere including to the Train station and back a few times for various day trips.

Clean, neat, 4 bedrooms with very comfortable beds and each bedroom having their own bathroom . Tommaso quickly responded to all our messages before and during our trip! Tommaso’s assistant , Francesco, greeted us when we got to the Airbnb and helped us with our luggage. He also had yummy snacks and drinks for us!! This Airbnb is in a terrific location walkable to great restaurants, train station, museums , leather market, etc! Would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone!!!!
