Absolutely wonderful place!! Reasonably priced, well located, SPACIOUS, and equipped with everything you need. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. It was perfect and I never wanted to leave!! The apartment is up a few flights of stairs (not an issue and common for Florence), but occupies the whole top floor and then some. It’s extremely clean and MUCH bigger than the photos which was fantastic. The bedroom is nice and big and the bed is so comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need (minus an oven but that’s fine). The bathroom is big too and well lit. There are windows dispersed throughout so it’s easy to get fresh air. This is the 8th Airbnb I’ve stayed at in Florence so far and it’s top of the list. Really just a great spot. Giacomo and his wife Valentina are extremely kind and communicate very well. Any time I had an issue (very few— mostly related to me locking myself out by accident) they were quick to reply and extremely helpful. TOP SERVICE, TOP STAY! Book this place!!!

'casita via zita' was a perfect place for us: finished to such a high standard; located in walking distance of all we wanted including bars, reataurants and well stocked supermarket; in a beautiful characterful part of town. Helpful and enthusiastic hosts. All in all - perfect and highly recommended. We'll be back if we can.

This place was the perfect location to get to and from all the sites we planned to see and walk to. Her cozy apartment had everything that was needed for our short stay. The neighbourhood was friendly and it was quiet at night. As our second stop on our vacation, this set the standards high for our other stops and stays. We would recommend this Airbnb to other future travellers.

I can’t say enough about our stay. Cora and Carlotta were fabulous to work with, incredibly responsive and helpful! The apartment is beautifully decorated and neat as a pin! The location is the cherry on the top!!! Right in the middle of the main square with a fantastic balcony to enjoy the busy square. Loads of shops and restaurants literally at your door step! we only stayed for one night for a concert at Nelson Mandela forum. Great location you can walk there in a few minutes and there is everything nearby..pizzerias, restaurants, super markets, bars, etc. the apartment is very clean and well maintained, nothing is missing. Vanna was very nice in letting us find it already heated, which is not obvious with other hosts. i also recommend it for longer stays as the apartment is equipped with every comfort. plus the center of Florence is not far, by car or by means of transport. if that happens, we'll definitely come back!

We had a great stay in this beautiful place. The farmhouse has several apartments each with their privacy. The pool was very clean and hot, there was shade available and a shower and toilet right next door. The apartment was as in the photos, there was no air conditioning but it was very cool inside during the day. A few days before our arrival, Isabella sent us all the necessary information and it was her brother Piero who welcomed us very warmly when we arrived. The place was very clean, the kitchen well equipped and bath linens were provided. There are many things to do and see in the area, we even had recommendations available. Overall we are really happy and would definitely recommend this place!

Apartment exactly as described - including the very steep stairs so we were prepared for this. Giulia was very helpful and friendly. 15 mins walk to station and 15 minutes walk along the river to the main restaurant area and the tower but the location of the apartment is peaceful. Would highly recommend.

Experience we wanted to repeat in early spring! Clara is a kind and helpful person. Cozy and not at all formal house! Clara also made us find a wooden Christmas tree, on the wall, with lights, making us feel immediately at 🏡

We've been guests to six people. When we arrived in the evening, the apartment was as described, well heated and comfortable The staff is courteous, kind and always available. We had dinner in their restaurant, high quality cuisine at affordable prices. Repeat experience

This was outside of Florence proper but a beautiful country location. The bus stop is basically right across the street, though, so that was perfect. The apartment was beautiful and quaint. We enjoyed making dinner one night and felt right at home. We would absolutely stay again.

Famous small towns around Tuscany are expensive, but this is a place where you can fully enjoy the natural scenery of Tuscany at a reasonable price. The host was very friendly and the house was a very nice place to get a hands on experience of the farmhouse. It's an old brick house, but the antique interior and natural scenery were great.

A perfect stay, the house is truly furnished and kept in order and impeccable cleanliness, Elena was always available, responsive and clear in communications, I highly recommend it to everyone and anyone who likes to spend a stay in perfect tranquility

Nice scenary, quiet romantic Town, Nice small cafe beside the river. But what impress Me marco property I felt like Home right away. Secured electeric gate leaving Me no worries. The apartment chosen exceeded our expectations, it is ideal for those who travel in a group and want to know the area of Tuscany! Check in was very accessible, the flight was delayed and we easily communicated with Francesco, an excellent host. We found the space extremely clean and had a number of extra amenities, such as a breakfast kit. The accommodation is about 30 min from Pisa and up to 2 hours from the main regions of Tuscany! Finally, there are several supermarkets nearby (up to 10 min by car).

We really enjoyed our stay! Emanuele and Angela were very kind and replied to any question very quickly. The place is perfect to relax and take day-trips to nearby towns such as Cortona, Pienza, Montalcino and Montepulciano. We enjoyed the pool after big days of visiting the surroundings during very hot days. I recommend it to anyone who wants a mix of visiting and relaxing! :)

We had a lovely stay here - there were 8 of us in total across 4 spacious bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It is a beautiful old villa with a big garden and a cute pool and barbecue area. It is possible to walk into the city of Florence (30 - 40 minute stroll) but we found a car was necessary to ensure that we could get around and eg buy groceries. There is a cash deposit required for check in, so it’s useful to withdraw that before you arrive. Our host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, we had a lovely time!

My fiance and I loved our stay here. beautiful views and prestige grounds. there were also a few friendly cats which made my fiancé's day. You need a car when staying here. you can find good restaurants and a grocery store a few minutes away in San casciano. It's centrally located in tuscany. 30 minutes to florence, 45 mins to siena. With lots of historic towns and wineries close by. The apartment was well accommodated, clean, and we'll equipped for cooking. We did pick up a few extra necessities from the grocery store and found the shower a little small, but otherwise found the stay comfortable and relaxing. Would totally recommend to friends and come back.

The photos don’t do this place justice! I encourage anyone to book it, we absolutely loved it. The views are gorgeous, and the apartment is really big. We particularly loved the location, it’s very central to all the major spots. Stefano was so helpful, and kind.. thank you!!

Our stay was wonderful!! We arrived late, after many hours of travel, from Greece and Michele with his wife were very helpful, they made us hot milk for our son and in the morning they helped me make my own coffee!! They were very kind!! Too bad we only had to stay one day! Thank you so much!!

Authentic, quiet and uncomplicated. Lovely place. Everything nice and clean. Beautiful and well-maintained surroundings. The pool area was a class of its own - so nice! There are only three rentals, which makes it very cozy. Mr. Andrea made sure everything was ok and in order - very accommodating, but with limited English knowledge - Google translate and common sense went well though. Possibility of great trips to the local area: Cecina is cozy and a little “classic” tourist town. Here we were at the weekly market as well as had dinner on the marina promenade with the most beautiful sunset. There are also nice beaches. A car is a necessity. Mr. Andrea asked about everything ok. I replied it was perfect. He replied that nothing is perfect. My answer here was: yes, this place was!
