Great centrally located flat! It was a little dark inside the flat but this was not unexpected from the pictures and with how close it is to the waterside, still very lovely. Also, Simona provided some snacks and water which was a nice touch - overall can recommend!

I had an amazing time at your apartment, thank you so much! I was looking for a retreat to take an actual break and this place was absolutely perfect. It’s so cozy and the views are amazing. On a sunny day the apartments massive rooftop really stands out and on a rainy day the apartments indoor Fireplace is the coziest place possible. Everything, from its location in the historical center to the wifi speed, it had everything I needed and more to spend a few days In Bracciano, to slow down and to feel at home. Valentina and Paolo were very friendly and very responsive. I hope I will come again and thank you both!

Filippo helped us out in an emergency and allowed us to book his place very spontaneously. Contact with him was always very quick and friendly! The apartment is very clean and easy to find. It is in a quiet area. The apartment is as described! Thank you Filippo! We recommend this place!
