Villa vacation rentals in Baños y Mendigo

This villa is wonderful, perfect for a golf trip, or family vacation with lots of things to do nearby if you have a rental car. If you don't, then the kids will love the pool and the playground, and the adults will love the peaceful and private surroundings. There was an issue with the AC during our stay, but Spencer was proactive in communicating with us, compensating us and making accommodations such as fans in each room (good ones as well) to ensure we were comfortable. We would definitely recommend this property!

Nice house. The key-box didn’t work at our arrival but John and Helen fixed our problem by contacting a neighbor who came with another key. We had to leave the place due to a too far distance of locations that we were looking to visit (north of Alicante).

Benko responded very quick via rbnb and whatts app. Early check in was possible without further paymant. A car was included by renting his house. We only had to pay for the pick up service to/from the airport. The deposit you have to pay was restored at my bankaccount in one day. So nice house, clean swimming pool and big playing area around the house. Tip: some extra towels for the swimming pool. Conclusion: great house and Benko: great service, trustfull and very reliable.

We had an amazing stay at the villa, our second visit to El Valle but first time in Paul and Melissas villa. Everything was as described and we really felt at home which was great having two young children. We were able to find everything we needed and everything was catered for when it came to amenities both in the property and surrounding area. The villa was clean and inviting and the bedrooms were lovely. The air con worked great and all appliances worked as they should. This was genuinely a home from home. The pool was beautiful and clean, and was the perfect temperature for this time of year. El Valle is perfect and we will definitely be returning next year, and if Paul and Melissas villa is available we wouldn't hesitate to ask to stay again. We had an amazing holiday!

We had an amazing holiday in San Javier thanks to the fantastic villa and the support and comms offered by the team at Resort Hosts. From the point of booking through to departure, the team were extremely responsive and assisted with several queries. However, it is the app that the Resort Hosts provide which took the experience to another level! Nearly everything we needed to know and lots more we hadn't thought of was within and helped with our expectations before we even left home! All in all, an amazing experience and holiday!

Lovely well maintained and clean villa with everything you would need for a relaxing break. Nice pool area with sun loungers and a rooftop terrace with furniture to relax as the sun sets. The pictures and description on the web site were accurate and up to date. The property is on an urbanisation about a 10 minute drive to the town where you will find supermarkets, shops, bars and restaurants. All very small and laid back, just don't expect a big bustling town. There is one bar/restaurant within a 5/10 minute walk of the villa. Bogdan gave very good instructions relating to the property and I had confidence that he would respond immediately should we have had any issues.

Lovely villa in a private location. Great amenities including bbq and pool outside. Everything was clean and the villa had everything we needed. Nice restaurant located 5 minutes away and the local petrol station which is walkable had everything we needed. Would definitely book again. Great value for money.

Carly’s home is absolutely stunning, a real home from home. Furniture all brand new, spotlessly clean! The space is open and welcoming, effortlessly beautiful. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need to enjoy and relax! The most important feedback is how responsive, kind and understanding Carly has been. Couldn’t have asked for more from a host, thank you Carly!

A wonderful villa and wonderful hosts. Full exclusive use,very secure and all the mod cons. All amenities as listed and the pool/ garden area is a lovely private place to enjoy the family holiday, even better than the photos. We were 2 families of 4, loads of space and 5 minute walk to the beach and lovely little chiringuitos. Other towns such as the lovely Puerto de Mazarrón just a short drive/taxi away, sad to come home to reality, thank you for sharing your lovely home with us

Pamela is a great host, always responsive and willing to reach out. The property is in a quiet urbanisation reachable from Murcia and Alicante with an abundance of amenities a short drive away.

An incredible home, modern but with personality, nestled in a very special place. It's definitely worth it. In addition, the heated pool is a luxury. The area we did not know it and we loved it, especially the beaches closest to the house. Highly recommended.

The villa was a great space for us - the pool and hot tub were superb and it was well worth paying for the pool to be heated. The kitchen was very well equipped with so many glasses/plates etc. There were plenty of beach towels for use by the pool and lots of loungers/cushions available. Katleen was extremely helpful and very quick to respond to messages.

Lovely stay. Beautiful villa with outstanding views in a quiet and peaceful location. Would recommend hiring a car to get around. Hosts were very responsive and friendly.

We were a party of 8 (3 couples and two children). The house was the perfect size for us and the pool was a hit with everyone. The outdoor dining table and the space to congregate around the pool was very comfortable. The “grassy” area, front and back, was a hit with the kids. The place is fairly well equipped with kitchen amenities, but there is nothing available in terms of basics like salt, pepper, sugar etc. If you’re going to stay, be prepared to bring everything - including body wash, shampoo, pool towels etc. The location is quiet and safe, but a car is a must.
