Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Baños y Mendigo

The house is just as shown in the photos. The location is a bit lonesome if you trust google maps. Although it is number 80, in Google maps you must put the 74. Everything was spotlessly clean. True, the cleaning rate is very high but the result is outstanding. The kitchen has EVERYTHING. Infinity of utensils for whatever you may need. The house in general is very well equipped with all kinds of amenities. We have undoubtedly enjoyed the house a lot, the tranquility of the area and how beautiful Spain is.

Everything was perfect with Victoria from the start. He contacted me in addition to sending me the instructions for the accommodation. Very kind and correct, she recommended many activities in the area in addition to providing us with contact information! A very quiet and beautiful area, everything in the place was impeccable. Definitely and highly recommended

Very good. The place was lovely and did what we needed. The communal pool is not heated but was 33m so great to exercise in and relax. The area was quiet as expected at this time of the year but Mil Palmeras or Cabo Roig were both within a 20 - 30 minute walk so plenty of people there The host was great responding to queries and help

Esther was really friendly and helpful. The house is in a quiet village, supermarket a 5-minute walk away. By car 20 minutes from the beach. It is a wonderful house to stay, everything was neat and super clean, fully furnished. Good pressure in the shower. As a welcome, there are also some coffee cups and tea. We were there for 4 days. Definitely recommended, also for long stays! 😊

Faultless property and hosts. Photos on the listing don't do the place justice. It is beautifully designed with everything there you could need, all immaculately clean and the place smelt beautifully fresh when arriving. Check-in was great with a very friendly but brief tour, with all key information needed. The area is absolutely beautiful - 30minute walk to the beach through the nature reserve. The pool at the property is also beautiful - perfect for cooling down on a hot day and also exceptionally clean and tidy, all set in very well kept garden areas. There was another very nice couple staying in the other Fincha, and sharing the pool was no problem - we were both respectful of each other's space and found alternate times of day to use it and have privacy. We were here after a family wedding, but if we are ever in the area again we will absolutely come back. Can't recommend it enough.

Sam could not have done more to make our stay better. The flat has absolutely everything you need; from the basics to things like shopping bags for groceries, to milk and butter in the fridge amongst many other things. You have a nice outside space upstairs, and it’s a 2 minute walk into the centre of the village. Comfy beds and sofas; English TV stations and parking always available right outside the flat. If you plan to stay in Sucina I thoroughly recommend this place.

With family nearby this is becoming my second home! Very comfortable and relaxing. Everything you need here. Very quick response from Lola when there was an electricity disruption ( mainly due to my confusion!) which was quickly solved. Despite cold weather, house was very warm and cosy.

Mariël and Radjin are wonderful hosts. Very nice reception, clear in communication and very helpful. Casa Cuco was exactly as described. Quiet but centrally located, close to the city center, playa del Cura, playa los locos and the habaneras. The house was sparkling clean. Very competitively priced for this quality. We will definitely book with Mariël and Radjin again!

Beautifully presented property with extremely accomodating hosts considering unforeseen circumstances of our own, resulting in the hosts needing to stay awake until 2am to check us in. Very good communication and made us feel very welcome! Overall, very pleasant stay. Thank you

The apartment was really easy to find and the host gave us very precise instructions prior to arrival about the property and security. The apartment was great!, it looked just like the images, was clean and very safe for our children. Overall we enjoyed our stay here, the location was ideal for us, lovely private pools and the beach was amazing...we had a car which i would recommend as there is alot to do in the area, great restaurants and shopping. We loved our stay! The walk to the nearby beach is amazing and the apartment it self is very nice with a beautiful view. Nice that it’s quiet and away from the city but only a 20 min drive to Alicante for a city dinner. We would stay here again!

Great hosting, the apartment and residence are perfect. It's clean, there's everything you need for basic necessities. There is a supermarket within a 4-minute walk. They are very nice and considerate. I would highly recommend it.

Great apartment with lovely balcony and sun terrace is great. amazing views of the sea and only 5mins to walk onto the actual beach. Peaceful area with 2x shops, bars and restaurants along the front. only 25mins to Alicante city.

Fantastic stay the apartment was spotless well equipped, it had everything we could need, close to all amenities in walking distance. Great use of all three pools. We loved it that much we will be booking again for next year 😎

Nice host. Everything was as advertised

We have stayed in the Roda resort many times, but I have to say this is by far the nicest property. The apartment was immaculate, plenty of TV channels to watch in the evening as it was January and a little too cold to stay out and about too late. The bed was the comfiest bed I think I've ever slept in. There was everything you needed in the kitchen. Michael and Sue were very prompt at replying to any questions and very friendly and helpful. Overall a lovely, peaceful, relaxing holiday, would definitely return.

We had a fantastic stay! The location is perfect—just steps away from the beach with beautiful views from both the apartment and the pool area. The house's owner, who lives on the first floor, is incredibly warm and welcoming; she even surprised us with homemade quiche to enjoy by the pool! The surrounding area is perfect for coastal hikes, leading to beautiful beaches with restaurants where you can enjoy a drink or a bite, with your toes in the sand. Christine and Claude were easy to communicate with and always helpful. We’ll definitely be back!❤️

Felix's apartment is beautiful, spacious, has a nice balcony, full of comforts and has a great bed! You can walk to the sea within 5 minutes. Good restaurants are nearby. Alicante is worth a visit. We had wonderful days and we definitely recommend Felix's B&B!

We have enjoyed staying at the apartment with our 2 year old daughter. The apartment was clean and had a lovely very large and secure patio area overlooking the pools. Lovely jacuzzi which was hot! The beach is a short walk away, though it is down a hill. Responsive host
