Great place to stay if you’re looking for privacy and an amazing outdoor space. The inside was great and have no complaints but the backyard was amazing. Very private, but still only 20 minutes to town. Would stay again for sure.

THIS ONE was the obvious choice. The price… layout… spacious accommodation’s were just what we needed. Megan was quick to respond and was gracious and kind, even offered early check in when I made inquiry. When you walk up … you will be greeted with a friendly yellow double door with key pad entry. beautiful powder room on right and immediate view of the gorgeous backyard with pool and hot tub … oh my On right is the king so pretty and clean a room in between with full mirror tons of space for pets or children if needed. Then the bathroom wow big with 2 vanities large open shower large separate tub & a toilet with privacy door. The living space is open with beautiful fire place with tv & sectional with even more seating behind in open kitchen with keurig K cups & EVERYTHING you will need including washer dryer in room beyond The left side has 3 ample bedrooms with full bath for all. My fam also shared my tremendous bathroom … too much for just me to use. BOOK THIS!!!

Beautiful home and a great location for exploring Palm Springs. Our family enjoyed the backyard daily with a heated pool and hot tub. Very peaceful, and loved watching the hummingbirds daily. Very clean and nicely laid out home with comfortable beds, and a well stocked kitchen with all the essentials to cook our meals daily. Kathryn was very responsive with any questions and it was very appreciated when we were able to extend our stay and have a bit more time on our checkout. A great family vacation and will definitely recommend......Thank You

We had a wonderful time at Kate's beautiful home in Yucca Valley over Thanksgiving. It was spacious and comfortable. We all enjoyed the game room, the pool and jacuzzi, the hammocks and the floating bed outside. The outside kitchen was really handy for cooking for our group. Kate was incredibly helpful and nice and responsive. The location can't be beat for Joshua Tree. Quiet, but close to everything. Highly recommended! Thanks, Kate!

This property was pretty cool! The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had just about every amenity we could have hoped for. The outdoor space was perfect for relaxing, with a fire pit (we made smores) and a beautiful pool that felt like a private oasis. The host was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location in Indio was ideal—quiet and peaceful yet close to the tennis clubs (we were there for my daughter's tennis tournament), great dining, and shopping. Whether you're looking for a relaxing weekend getaway or need a home away from home this is the place to be. Highly recommend it to anyone considering staying here—you won't regret it!

WOW! What an amazing property! This place was perfect for some time away from the city and people. Enough space between the other houses, close enough to town / Joshua Tree, but just enough out of the way that you felt like you were maybe almost in the middle of no where. The house was wonderful - comfortable, secure, and overall amazing. The hot tub was great as well - enjoying the cooler weather, sunset, and stars. If you are thinking of staying around Joshua Tress NP, this is a great place! The host team responded quickly, gave suggestions throughout my stay, and checked in to make sure everything was okay. Pictures don't do it justice, you have to experience this yourself! 10/10, will be staying here again!

It was a lovely home! We had a very relaxing girls weekend. I wish we had more energy for all the amenities offered at her place, but it was a great time for the energy we had. Close to all the shopping centers and yummy coffee shops too!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely house. Beautiful decor, quality furnishings. Outdoor area was fun - we opted not to heat the pool, but in late November the temperature was refreshing. Notes: no propane included for the fire table. Also, the house does sleep 13, but keep in mind that there are 3 "grown up" bedrooms, 1 kids' room, and a couple sleeper sofa options in common areas. If your group has more than 6 adults, make sure the configuration works for everyone's privacy preferences.

Irina’s place was absolutely beautiful! She was very responsive and flexible with us. Beautiful surroundings and very peaceful. The place was very clean and spacious. I would definitely recommend staying here!!

The second time we've stayed at The Butterfly House with our family—and yet another GREAT trip. The location is central and we spent the majority of time in the awesome backyard. Responsive team as well for any questions/issues. We would go back yet again too!

Although we stayed in a great location we didn't end up leaving the house once. We cooked all our meals and stayed at the house to enjoy the pool and view. It was a relaxing a perfect getaway. The kids loved the pool! would definitely love to come visit again soon. The host was very responsive and a delight to communicate with. :)

Super cute home - thoughtfully decorated and also comfortable - the beds were amazing! We didn’t spend a ton of time at the house since there is so much to do and explore but I appreciated the washer and dryer and the kitchen was adequate for making our meals in the evening. Great stay!

Alex's place provided all the space we needed for our group of 8. Convenient parking, lots of seating, enough pots, pans, dishes, silverware for out group. The pool and hot tub were great, our family enjoyed being out there each day. There were plenty of towels for the pool and shower.

Well located to get to downtown Palm Springs or Joshua Tree relatively easily. Pool and hot tub were great, and the house had everything we needed (including backpack coolers for a day in the national park). Very helpful host—would stay again.

We had a fantastic stay! We especially appreciated the outdoor spaces including orange and grapefruit trees, the well shaded pool and spa, and the location in a quiet neighborhood but walkable to Market Market and some other nice shops and restaurants. We’re hoping to come back!

This is a great home in a quiet neighborhood. There was plenty of room for 3 adults and an infant to sleep and live comfortably for a few days while enjoying the valley and desert. While we did not pay to heat the pool during our December stay, the hot tub was definitely enjoyed in the evenings. Having the grocery store around the corner was very convenient.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Everything was clean and easy to find. Hosts were great with communicating with us as well. If you’re ever in the area I definitely recommended staying here.

Great place to stay! Privacy from others if wanted but big enough to have everyone over for dinners. It was great. Igor was fast with responding and very helpful. Can’t wait to go back with family again.

Great house, clean and has everything you could need. Good neighborhood and super close to restaurants and shops. Host and property manager were available and quick to respond to our questions. We will consider this house again for our future trips to Palm Springs.

I loved it here! Me and my husband stayed for 2 nights and it was a relaxing stay. It was a little pricey but it was worth it. We will be coming back soon with more family!!

The home is absolutely gorgeous! It was perfect for my family and I for our Thanksgiving trip. It was spacious enough for the kids to have their own rooms to hang out with their cousins and for the adults/parents to relax. I loved that the living room and dining room is open so the family was always able to see/ talk to each other. The outside was just as beautiful as the inside. We definitely took advantage of the back patio area and grilled some burgers, let the kids play ball and enjoy the outdoors. the front of the home has so many areas to walk and discover and just breath in the fresh air. We also got to enjoy the wineries, which were so close to the house. Sophia was so friendly and responsive throughout our stay and even prior. She made sure everything went well throughout our stay and checked up often. She was very hospitable. Hosts like these make the big difference when booking/staying at a home.
