Monthly Rentals in Bang Sare

Enjoyed the stay. Good wifi and smart tv. Spacious apartment but poor security. You need to monitor your mail closely and ignore the lack of cleaning!

We stayed for 1 month and really felt at home! Everything was clean and very comfortable. The bed was comfy, AC worked perfectly, all kitchen supplies needed to cook your meals. The host was very communicative and quick to respond if we needed anything. We really enjoyed the lovely ocean view from the balcony and the amazing beach front pool. The gym was also very nice! If you are looking for longterm stay in a calm area but close to Pattaya, I recommend you stay here! Don’t miss out on Sai Kaew Beach which is about a 20 minute drive from the apartment. About 15 minute drive to Makro and Big C supermarkets. There is also a very nice local fresh market in Bangsaray about 5 min drive with local produce. Thank you for everything! 🙏🏼

We stayed in Lasse apartment for 3 weeks and had a great time ,the view from the balcony was great you could watch the local fishing boats come in everyday and there was always something going on if you just wanted to chill with a coffee or something stronger.The local night market is a 10 minute walk away and there are plenty of small supermarkets close by.We did have a problem with the kitchen tap not flowing properly but we were informed they had a leak in one of the roof tanks .Be aware the only hot water is from the shower which I thought strange but my son who lives there tells me this is normal added bonus it does have its own washing machine.

Great location, great beach and amenities. Ann was great to deal with and very accommodating. I've stayed in Delmare before but in a different unit. Ann had everything I needed and more. Thanks again. See you next year.
