Monthly Rentals in Bang Khun Thian

Nice condo located in a non-touristy neighborhood, at walking distance from the BTS station. Clean and bright with a beautiful view. The condo feels secure with multiple layers of security. There is a convenience store next to the condo and a 7-Eleven in front of the BTS station as well as a big supermarket inside the shopping mall one BTS stop away. The apartment is fully equipped for longer stays: kitchen, fridge, washing machine, etc. Having a small gym inside the condo was convenient. A bit far from the city center, but the BTS takes you there in no time. The only con was that it was located next to a noisy highway, but overall I really enjoyed my stay here.

Benny was a super host. I landed in Bangkok a few hours after the earthquake in Myanmar, when it was next to impossible to travel in the city. He helped me get a hotel close to the airport and refunded me for that night. The flat was comfortable, the pool in the building was great, and Benny gave lots of recommendations of where to visit around the area. 10/10

Had a great time. A little out of the way of all the middle of Bangkok which was nice. rented a scooter and the possibilities were endless or just grab if not comfortable. The stay was nice, bed a bit firm but I’m not picky.

Windy’s place is in a good quiet residential part of Bangkok. Good Internet, loads of common spaces in the lobby, if working remotely. If looking for activities, a bit further out. The nearest BTS station is about a 10 to 15 mins walk. There is a 7/11 about 5 to 10 mins walk away, and most daily needs can be found there. We enjoyed our time there and would recommend the place to anyone looking for a quiet place.
