Waterfront vacation rentals in Bandon Beach

The view was beautiful and close to town and a small hike nearby.

We loved the view through the very large windows and the ease in living in the studio-sized house. It was an easy walk to the beach and the outdoor area was great for taking the dog outside. We found the online photo of the house to be misleading since there are now other residences built up very close to the studio cottage. Aside from that, we would happily stay there again!

Gary was very kind and communication was quick. He was very flexible with check in and helped us with local recommendations. We would definitely stay here again! It’s luxurious inside with breathtaking views outside. Worth the cost for sure.

Beautiful unit in a stunning location. Magnificent view from the balcony overlooking a beautiful Oregon beach. Easy access to the beach for long walks. Gary met us personally at checkin to settle us in which was a nice touch.

Gary is a great host. Friendly, responsive and a joy to talk to. The unit we rented at the Cove was beautiful, just as pictured, and the location is magnificent. Highly recommended.

We spent time on the Columbia River, Seaside and Cannon Beach before arriving. Yes, each of those areas is amazing, but the view of balsamic rocks here is in another league. While the cabin is almost a hundred years old, the high quality of renovations and appliances belies that fact. Wood on ceiling has been immaculately refinished. Furthermore, the cabin is exceptionally well supplied. Sam is perhaps the most pleasant and accommodating of the many hosts I have met. My one complaint is we only stayed five days. Intend on correcting that next year. Thanks Sam!

The Gray Whale Suite at The Cove is spectacular. From the view, the many windows to enjoy the view, the decks on both floors, the luxuriously heated floors, soaking tub, fluffy clean towels, top of the line appliances, this place offers the very best. Gary has created a beautiful space. We lived like royalty while there. We didn’t want to leave. There are restaurants nearby, the walk to the beach is very doable, and did I say the view is spectacular? The only “problem” we had was figuring out the invection stove top. Again, top of the line, it was just our inability to figure out the new fangled modern stuff. 🤣 We have Airbnb-ed a lot over the years and nothing has topped this place. I can’t wait to come back. We wanted to try a new place on the Oregon Coast. This was our first time in Port Orford. We have fallen in love with this town. So much rich history to discover, great restaurants, friendly town people. And the view! Have I mentioned that? I give the Cove more than 5 stars.

We had a great stay. The unit was clean and relatively easy to find. Worth the extra effort. It is definitely on a cliff with little protection. But the view is fabulous. Late November had the sunrise right out the window and sunset an easy walk down to the awesome beach. The kitchen lacks an oven/toaster oven. It has a two burner electric stove top. We had to get creative to make Thanksgiving dinner. Fortunately we had steaks, not turkey. The only other easy fix lacking quality is comfortable Adirondack chairs for cliffside relaxing. Definitely recommend.

I do not even have words to describe Heather‘s place!! Not only was the home beautiful, it had so many personal touches that make it feel like you live there. It is so well decorated, and so cozy! The view alone is to die for. My mom and I found some golden Chantrell mushrooms in the forest around the home and got to cook those with our dinner. But most importantly, Heather was fantastic. Not only a great host, but you can tell she is a great person. I would come back here again and again.

Great spot and hosts. we were there for new years and the weather made for a interesting trip but the house was great. As a group of 4 adults and 2 kids we tried to do a movie night and realized that the living room was not setup well for that goal. This would not have even been noticeable if we had chosen to come during a season with less rain. All in all we had a great trip and the stay at the cliff house was amazing especially the locality vs amenities for the area.

The stay as exactly what we were looking for for a cozy getaway! It was clean, private, and the beach view was a huge highlight! Eldonna, the host, was very polite and communicative! Would definitely recommend!

This glass palace is more beautiful, more breathtaking than its photos. It has all necessities and goes beyond that, too. The bedding is pillowy, the showers are luxurious. Check in AND check out was a cinch.

This home is a gem. The views are surreal and the home could not be more comfortable for group of seven. The home was in great shape during a storm while we were inside watching the ocean with the wood stove fired up, bread in the oven and teens happily shooting pool. We will hope to stay again if our travels take us back to the beautiful Oregon coast. Take you for offering this home to AirBnBers.

Amazing place! William was so helpful and got us in on a last min stop in Bandon. So thankful he was so accommodating! This place is amazing, the view is unmatched and the master suite is just the most serene place! Our family loved playing foosball and it was just what we needed to end our summer. They had tons of beach toys and the house was perfectly appointed for a family getaway. It was an easy walk to the beach and we had the most wonderful time! 100% will be staying here again!

If you haven’t gotten an opportunity to experience this little gem in the Oregon forest, you are definitely missing out. The cabin is near a beautiful hiking trail that takes you to Silver and Golden falls. They have a sauna that I put to great use each morning. And many other great things to enjoy. We rented all 3 homes and enjoyed the deck on the lake for great lake front dinners! The gas fire pit on the deck made for great conversations at night. The large parking lot was great for the two 24’ trailers we brought.

The home was a little smaller than the pictures looked but perfectly fine for the six of us. Comfortable beds and furniture. Beautiful view!!! loved the big windows on the ocean side. Although small the kitchen was outfitted enough for cooking/drinking. We had a great time and would stay there again. Wonderful place for the price especially divided by the six of us! We had a wonderful weekend. Easy to get into town also!

I'm new to booking through AirBnB, with a K-9 support companion. A little taken advantage of, and so should the property owners, as they have a beautiful property. In my booking, it said K-9 Friendly; however, I didn't see where to add Goose, so after I booked, I immediately contacted Vacasa to let them know about Goose and how we needed to add her to the reservation. This became very expensive compared to what is charged by 4 and 5-star resorts. End of the day, we had a great time; just buyer beware of negotiating at the time of booking, so one doesn't get blindsided.

We enjoyed staying here. We were able to sit on the deck and enjoyed seeing the boats and surrounding bird life. Fun to watch the tide come and go! Everything we needed was there, the rooms were clean. We would recommend this place to others!

The space and location are great. The area was very peaceful and quiet, we were able to enjoy the sunsets. The kitchen was very functional, we cooked breakfast and dinner every day. The internet was great, it allowed us both to work a few hours every morning.

We had a family get together and it was perfect to accommodate all of us. The view was outstanding. The ocean room upstairs off the king bedroom was my favorite place to be.
