This beach house was perfect for our two families - plenty of space for everyone without feeling cramped. The views were absolutely incredible and the place was super clean too. You can just walk right out to the sand directly from the back door- exactly what we were hoping for in an Oregon coast getaway.

This cottage was the perfect getaway for my husband and I to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary. We were right on the beach with breath taking views. Access to beach was a short walk. Everything we needed was there. The kitchen had Everything we needed to make meals , if we felt like cooking. The grocery store was right around the corner. The king size bed was comfy and we had a direct view of the ocean from bed , what a way to wake up! The only issue was a smell in one of the bedrooms we could not figure out what it was. This was a very cozy place. We did not get to use the hot tub, as it was rainy and windy. I cannot say enough good things about this place.

We had a wonderful time, the beach access is unmatched, endless entertainment for the kids. Compared to most airbnb’s, very clean, comfortable beds, and also appreciated the amenities. Host was nice enough to accommodate check in time too. Would definitely stay again in the future, highly recommend!

Our host Karen provided a welcoming stay right on the coast. The home was comfortable and stocked with everything we could have needed. Everything was spotlessly clean and in great condition. Karen was available to answer any questions we had as well. The home is in a truly beautiful and quiet location.

This is a great place, I’ve stayed twice. Love the onsite parking, hot tub on the balcony, kitchen with everything needed. It’s very close walk to the beach, about a block away. Activity room only has a pool table and TV, would be cool to see another pool table or shuffle board added.

We had a wonderful stay at Dustin‘s Beach house. The house felt private and peaceful. It was so nice to be able to walk to the beach. The kitchen was well appointed, which made it easy to cook. There were also lots of great restaurants in the area. The beds were comfortable and clean. Dustin was a very responsive and proactive host. Overall we had a wonderful stay and I would happily return.

My kids and I absolutely loved our stay! My youngest was super sad we weren’t staying longer, and I would agree-two nights wasn’t enough! The rain didn’t stop the fun and the view was always beautiful! The beach is a short walk and quite easy for me, my 5yr old, and my senior dog. The home was cozy, close to Lincoln city for shopping and food. Our stay was one to remember and would totally recommend.

Dawniel's Cottage was quaint, clean, and well equipped with the amenities necessary to be a second home. The coastal-themed decor neatly accentuated its location. Despite being in close proximity to the schools, the neighborhood was quite peaceful and quiet. The backyard fountain was pleasant, providing a haven for the occasional hummingbird and a place to contemplate activities for the day. The cottage was centrally located to meet our travel plans. We had a very nice opportunity to visit nearby coastal communities, the unique places, and natural features on a day-by-day basis. We had a most wonderful time. Thank You!

My family had a wonderful stay. I am so grateful for hosts that allow family pets. It allowed our vacation to run much smoother. Absolutely loved being so close to the beach. There was a lot of thought put into what people would need and appreciate for a stay for themselves as well as bringing pets. All beds were comfortable including the couch pull out which is rare.

This was our second time staying at Dee's place. She's a wonderful host who is always proactive about communicating. The house is in such a great location right on the coast. Having 4 bedrooms each with its own bathroom was fantastic for three families. We'd love the opportunity to stay here once again in the future!

We had a fantastic Thanksgiving at the Heron House! The location was great - walking distance to town and to a small beach at the mouth of the river. The beds were comfortable and the kids had a fun time trying out the various sleeping nooks. The kitchen had everything we needed for our Thanksgiving meal. We even got in a round of tennis at the nearby courts. Wish we had visited in the summer to swim in the river. Would definitely stay again!

What a lovely stay. The house was just as advertised. We spent our days at the beach and touring around, and our evenings relaxing in the hot tub and chilling out. There is everything you could possibly need to cook. The kitchen was well stocked and laid out. Local groceries are spendy so if you need to do a big shop you may want to do it before you hit town. I was nervous taking my dogs to someone else's home, but they set us up for success with dog beds and towels. The crowning jewels would be the shower water pressure and the linen. Our entire weekend was amazing! I highly recommend.

Perfect family friendly home rental for vacation. I love that beach is within walking distance. Owner's were very friendly and would respond quickly.

The house is in a gorgeous location right on the river, with views right from the living room. Tons of amenities such as a wood stove and lots of firewood, grills and all the kitchen ware you need to cook yourself. Clean and comfortable. Kate gave us all the info we needed to have a fun and relaxing time, and was super responsive. Highly recommend this rental!

This is a really cool house in a really beautiful neighborhood, and just a short walk to the beach. We immediately felt very welcome by Matthew’s correspondence and proactive communication. Then, once in the house, it was comfortably furnished, tall ceilings. And just very cozy. Our kids enjoyed playing in the park across the street, and of course the nearby beach. There were 7 of us total, and the house was just right. The drive down to Newport really isn’t that far, and is beautiful in itself. We appreciated the quality of the home, place and Matthew’s responsiveness. We would happily rebook, and recommend.

This stay was so wonderful for our family! And the location was perfect. We have stayed at many airbnbs along the coast, this might have been our favorite. It’s a well loved family home for sure, and I think that makes it better. The couches are cozy too. Stocked with everything we needed, beds were comfortable, host was helpful. The lay out was perfect for families with kids, the bed rooms are all right by each other. This location is perfect if you want to venture north to Newport, or even south towards Florence.

Our family stayed for two nights and had a blast watching movies, playing games and walking on the beach. House has a beautiful view of the bay and the bridge. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked.

This house is old and quirky but so well kept and very clean. Kitchen was well stocked. Private beach access was great. And the view!! The view is absolutely incredible, from the living room and the bedroom. That was the best part of our whole trip! We loved staying here and would definitely come again. Oh and an added bonus - the restaurant right next door has great food, beer, and coffee!

This was our second year staying at Sam’s place for Spring Break. We love the location and the fact that the beach is just a short walk from the house. This house is located at the north end of Lincoln City, so a car is helpful for getting to restaurants and shopping, as most amenities are located more in the center of the town. There is a large Safeway within a quick drive, and Sam provides lots of cookware and a great kitchen setup, which is helpful.

We loved our stay at The Red House. Morris is a very thoughtful and attentive host, we felt right at home. We wish we could have stayed a few more nights and spent a more time at the marine gardens and taking in the stunning view from the house. We’ll happily book another stay here and highly recommend The Red House to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway on the coast. Thanks again, Morris!

Wonderful home and plenty of room for multiple families. The ocean view was amazing. The beach access trail is easily walkable from the home.

Great house with spectacular views of the ocean. Kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed. We took advantage of the hot tubs since it was so chilly when we visited. We hope to return to the Oregon Coast again in the future!
