Don’t miss the halibut fish and chips at Luna in Yachats or Seal Rock, plus outstanding restaurants in Newport and amazing beach hikes at Thor’s Well and Seal Rock. Simply a fabulous week!

ONLY reason I gave it 4 stars for the 'value' is because I truly think that AirBnB's fees are too high. The actual rental fee for the condo was extremely reasonable. And the only other thing is that is a little bit of a bummer is that you have to wash your own dishes, dry them and put them away. There's no dishwasher. But they are up front about that so there's no big deal. I'm just trying to find the little things. :)

This was one of the cleanest places we ever stayed in - everything was orderly and well organized. And the view from the unit was amazing! The walls are pretty thin - and the next door was occupied and we could hear them moving around a lot, so that was the only slight drawback I can think of. However, it was a great place to stay and I highly recommend it for the price!

This ocean front home was beautiful and quiet! Our stay was booked last minute but LaDonna got back to us quickly and was very responsive during our stay. The house was comfortable and we loved that we could sit on the couch and watch the ocean.

The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—close to amazing restaurants, yet peaceful and relaxing. Sand castle was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making sure I had everything I needed. The thoughtful touches, like complimentary coffee, a cozy fireplace, great hot tub, made my stay even better. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Lincoln city!

Loved staying here! Getting down to the beach is a peaceful little walk. We enjoyed going out every morning to walk on the beach, and evenings at the picnic table watching the sunset. Oregon is magic and this house embodies some of that magic. We very much enjoyed the style, the stained glass, comfy beds, the wood, and the cozy fireplace. I don’t think the pictures really do the home justice! The hosts were quick to respond when we have a few questions pop up. Would recommend!

we are two senior ladies wo enjoy occasional travels together . My friend and I arrived during a wild rain and wind storm, but we were thrilled! The view from living room was magnificent and mesmerizing. The winds were blowing gusts of 60 mph plus and the scene was of white frothy gigantic waves. I took many photos, hoping to find the "perfect" one. it was a fantastic and beautiful experience to sit by a warm cozy wood burning fire, and watch Mother Nature's incredible performance. The beds were super comfortable and to fall asleep to sounds of the ocean and winds from under the covers provided the best night's sleep I've had in ages. My friend echoed my sentiments from her room as well. It is a charming and simply perfect beach cottage furnished with comfort in mind. So, my friend and I received a delightful and unexpected two full days and nights of total relaxation . So much so, that I reserved a second time for us to visit again in June. thank you. A great place to stay with kids. The beds are comfortable and the neighborhood is safe, calm, and walkable. The kitchen and rest of the house are well stocked. There's a full kitchen, a pack'n'play, and a high chair. We will absolutely be back.

Our family stayed for two nights and had a blast watching movies, playing games and walking on the beach. House has a beautiful view of the bay and the bridge. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked.

Rob was extremely helpful and this spot was perfect. Kitchen was well stocked and everything was spotless. This home is a great vacation spot!

It was so lovely! We had such a great time walking on the beach and getting cozy watching movies at night. So much to explore during the day, and so dog friendly! The hosts were responsive and helpful, and the managers onsite were really nice. Would love to stay here again!

Randy’s place was great! We really enjoyed all of the small details and fixtures that decorated the home. The fireplace and hot tub made for a cozy experience during the gloomy weather. The kitchen was supplied with all the essentials to make meals. The location was great, walking distance to the bay and Pelican Brewery. We definitely recommend this place and would love to visit again!

Loved everything about the place. Location was wonderful. Had a private backyard and hot tub. Lots of games in the house and a great movie room with huge projector! Hosts were welcoming, friendly, helpful, and very responsive. Will definitely stay here again in the future!

Dawniel's Cottage was quaint, clean, and well equipped with the amenities necessary to be a second home. The coastal-themed decor neatly accentuated its location. Despite being in close proximity to the schools, the neighborhood was quite peaceful and quiet. The backyard fountain was pleasant, providing a haven for the occasional hummingbird and a place to contemplate activities for the day. The cottage was centrally located to meet our travel plans. We had a very nice opportunity to visit nearby coastal communities, the unique places, and natural features on a day-by-day basis. We had a most wonderful time. Thank You!

The house was exactly what it looked like in the pictures and what I thought it would be. It was perfect for us and our grandkids. The kids loved having the upstairs all to themselves and we had a great time at the play park just down the road. 5 stars 🌟

We had a great stay at Neal and Sue’s place! We loved the way it was decorated, and it is a great spot for kids. Very clean, easy check-in, and great local recommendations. I thought this was an excellent value for the price.

Great house great host awesome beds and outstanding location

We had a fantastic Thanksgiving at the Heron House! The location was great - walking distance to town and to a small beach at the mouth of the river. The beds were comfortable and the kids had a fun time trying out the various sleeping nooks. The kitchen had everything we needed for our Thanksgiving meal. We even got in a round of tennis at the nearby courts. Wish we had visited in the summer to swim in the river. Would definitely stay again!

Deb was an amazing host! Let me check in last minute and made sure everything was set and ready to go for us. The house was beautiful and clean and the beds were super comfy, we enjoyed our time there.

This house was the perfect Idyllic getaway. The views of the historic bay front and bridge were awesome. The many windows allowed for the house to be bathed in beautiful light and the minimalist decor provided a calm atmosphere. The bed was super comfy and waking up to glorious views was a dream. The projector and giant screen made even watching TV a unique experience. We highly recommend you visit this coastal gem. We will definitely be back!
