The perfect location to enjoy some peace and tranquility in the countryside. The house also benefits from being right on the lake with a private jetty where you can use all the kayaks and paddle-boards provided. In the surrounding areas there are some beautiful walks where you can explore the nearby areas. The local village in South Cerney is within walking distance which has some convenience stores. It is also very close to drive to some bigger supermarkets for anything else needed. Inside the house, everything is pristine and decor is to a very high standard. The kitchen and dining area was a great open space with room for all of us to be in without feeling cramped. We found a lovely welcome basket included by the hosts and there are all the amenities you would need in the kitchen. The layout of the house was perfect and the ratio of bathrooms to bedrooms was great, even for a group of girls! Overall we had a fabulous trip and the hosts were always on hand to provide recommendations.

Hayley is the perfect host, accepted my request at short notice, very friendly and responsive. The Annex is very well equip has everything you need to make your stay very comfortable, decorated to a high standard, squeaky clean warm and cosy with lots of space....a real Gem! Stunning location! I visited here with my husband and two young children and it was perfect for a little family getaway. The weather was definitely on our side too! The lake was so peaceful, we loved everything about the accommodation. We visited Bourton-on-the-water, Chichester Park, Cotswold Country Farm and more. We will definitely be returning!

We had a great family stay in this well equipped and spacious home, literally a minutes walk from the centre of the beautiful village of Bourton-on-the-Water. Lovely welcome pack and helpful & responsive host. Definitely recommended by us all.

Lovely stay in stow. Was exactly as described and matched the photos perfectly. Perfect location right in the middle of the town. We were lucky enough to find a parking space on sheep street a one minute walk away. We would definitely recommend this flat. Alex was always quick to respond to questions and gave lots of useful information. Thanks Alex 😊

Noel and Karen are just the best! They could not have been more helpful. the property was breathtaking, somehow even better than the photos, Everybody in our party commented on how beautiful and comfortable the house was. Nobody wanted to leave. Noel went above and beyond with his messages, responding almost instantly with a great deal of helpful information. We left with some amazing memories. I could not be happier. I've spent the last couple of days scrolling though pictures of our lovely mini trip wishing I was there again. thanks again for all your help. Hayley
