I wish the location was a little closer to our venue, but I knew when booking that it would be a distance, the place was just too good to pass up! We LOVED the house, the pool, the beds were extremely comfy, the space was great. I wish we would have had more time to spend here. The beach was walking distance (great for the kids with us). All in all, it was a great experience. we would stay here again in a heartbeat.

My sister and her family came to visit for the Christmas; we rented this place so we could all stay together there were 13 of us 10 adults and 2 children (7 & almost 2) they had everything we needed and we had plenty of space for everyone. The ship bed was so cool if you have younger kids they will love it. We had so much fun playing pool, shuffle board Pac-Man and basketball and watching movies in the theater room. We paid extra for the heated pool but it was a plus since it was a cooler week. The karaoke room and movie room were awesome and so much fun. The whole family had a great time. We were so busy we never made it to the resort pool area. I’m sure you and your family will have a great time here, I highly recommend this place to anyone!!

The home itself was really nice and accommodated our needs well. It was a great space for four families to come together. The rooms were spacious and beds comfortable and we especially liked that almost every room had a bathroom connected. The private pool was a little small but nice there was access. The location is more chill with nearby fishing and a beach but we did wish it was a bit closer to other main attractions and airports. I’d encourage families to bring their own folding chairs as there isn’t much offered to relax at the piers or on the beach.

The property was exactly as described and a great fit for our family. The host was extremely responsive on our questions.

I spent a wonderful week working from this location with a front row view of the ocean. It was a great experience.

The location was perfect! You can walk to either Publix or have your feet on the beach in less than 3 minutes each. The neighbors were quiet and friendly. There is zero traffic and zero noise. The condo has everything you need in the kitchen, living room, restroom, beach towels, and bedroom linens! The host, Julia, is amazing! She went out of her way to accommodate me and my family. She was responsive, and checked in to ensure we didn’t need anything. This place was well worth the value and I will for sure consider staying here when in the area again!

Booked David’s condo for my brother’s graduation from Florida Tech. It was close to the school with plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby. It was pristine and peaceful. Everything we could have asked for. And David was quick and responding and very accommodating when we requested a late check out. We would highly recommend David’s place for anyone staying on the area.

We stayed here while we were waiting for our house to be ready. We had to push back our checkout date several times and Julia was very accommodating to us. Julia was great from the start and communication was always there when needed. Highly recommend!
