Vacation rentals in Ban Tun

Beautiful house - a really special stay. The bedrooms were very nice. There was lots of things for our children to play with as well as a pool ( e.g badminton bats,Ping pong tables and balls) they had a fantastic time. Alex was really helpful before after and during.😊

Great place to explore especially if you are a nature lover! Don’t expect anything else. It’s just greenery around you and rarely You see a person. My kind of a place I would say. Very responsive host, I had to go back before the night because of some personal reasons. But will come back again for sure.

The house where we stayed was a unique place to stay. Ideal for a family. It is very tasty designed with a lot of local (wooden) materials. The environment is quite natural and very quite. Communication with Bat was minimal and we did not meet him, but we received the information we needed.

The host and the staff are really nice and available for any need, they helped us for every little inconvenient we had (change of room, taxi to move from there, food). We loved the hut facing the river, the atmosphere is amazing. I'd raccomend this place for sure, the location Is pretty tricky to reach via taxi from Chiang Mai (better rent a car or a scooter) but we loved to be far from the city and so close to the jungle.

We spend 7 days at K Sutheera's unique home ( like a large wooden A-frame hut). We loved the unique design, the exceptional host Khun Sutheera and her good eye for design, the little special add on deco she put all over and her marvelous hospitality and great attitude, very well done. We would love to come back any time. Our 3 dogs loved the house, the large garden and the easy going attitude of our host so much. Thanks so much

Huge, clean two-level apartment with large Smart TV. Hosts are very helpful and fast to respond to messages. Highly recommended.

I had an incredible stay, leading me to extend my visit. Darin was the most exceptional host I've encountered. She kindly took me to the lantern festival, a moment that became the pinnacle of my Thai adventure. Her hospitality was unmatched, offering me fresh produce from her garden to enjoy in delicious salads. The serene environment was perfect for rejuvenation and connecting with nature. I like the serenity, the decor, the hospitality, clean, spacious. Most importantly, friendly to dogs and cats. Khun Bee and his family were very welcoming. It felt like a home away from home. The cat stopped slipping out of the room. Everyone was very nice. They were able to find it in a very early time. If you have to go back to Phayao again, you will want to go back and stay in the same place. I would recommend it for a group of friends or family with family as our favorite. Good for your heart. 💚💚💚
