Vacation rentals in Ban Pae

Eden Gate Villa is in a lovely quiet residential area. There is a 711, a few local restaurants and shops all close by. It’s only about B130 for a ride into the old town. We had a great time and the Villa could easily accommodate a family or 3 couples. It was vey clean and well appointed and Jeab was an excellent host.

Great place with a good location close to the old city. The condo had very good amenities.

Everything is spotless and thoughtfully prepared. Everything is well equipped, and it is conveniently and neatly designed so that you can feel the host's attention to detail in every corner. You can relax peacefully and comfortably with privacy. The way into the house is narrow, so it can be unfamiliar at first, but once you enter the house, the house is so comfortable and comfortable that you don't want to go out. The host always responded quickly and kindly, so I had a pleasant and comfortable stay during my stay. If I come back to Chiang Mai with my family, I would like to stay again.

I stayed with my wife for 3 weeks since January 1, 2025. The accommodation is a clean new house as shown in the photos and is located in a quiet village. Orapun is very friendly and well prepared for what you need. It's the perfect house for families in a quiet place, not a complicated city center. There are grocery stores, restaurants, and night markets not far away. You definitely need a car. I had a comfortable stay. Highly recommended if you want to relax rather than sightseeing.

We had a wonderful stay for 3 weeks! Astra is great building - and the hosts made it even better. The apartment was a great size for two of us, the location is great, and the view of the mountain in the morning was lovely. We had a few issues while we were there, and the hosts were so quick to respond and got everything fixed right away. Overall, we had a great stay!

The room is tidy and clean, the bed is also very large and good to sleep in, it feels like home, maybe because there are many plants around the house so there are more mosquitoes, but it does not affect the overall feeling of staying, will come back if I have the chance!

We can only recommend this place - we will be back! Annie has been a great host who provides us with all the necessary information in advance and shortly before departure and quickly during the stay with questions responded. We liked the apartment very much, location on the 14th floor was great! Very tasteful interior design. The condo is highly recommended, great opportunities to relax with gym, sauna and especially the mega roof top pool!!! It was awesome! Very friendly staff, right across the street is a 7eleven - in case you need anything. In the area there are some nice places, the night market can be easily reached in about 15 minutes on foot, the old town in about 30 minutes walk - just top location!
