Monthly Rentals in Balmoral Beach

If you are looking to stay in Mosman - look no further. Tess’ home is just beautiful, a quick (quite steep) walk to the beach & great coffee shops too. It’s a bit of a walk to get groceries but the buses go often. We LOVED our stay as a base to explore Sydney & the coast and would absolutely recommend it.

Myself and my husband had a lovely stay! The place was very clean and comfortable. Great location and an easy stroll to the main road for all the shops and cafes.

Wonderful little unit very close to Balmoral Beach. Clean, light and airy, and very comfortable. A very quiet block of 9 units. We enjoyed our time very much and would stay again. Mark is a great host, very responsive to all concerns, and provided very clear instructions.

Delightful light filled apartment, cosy compact and thoughtful with lovely view of Balmoral. Lovely responsive and flexible hosts. Great location for everything in Mosman! Only one tiny hiccup - that was my own fault - was I didn’t realise there was no air con (it’s well noted in amenities that there isn’t any so it was my fault) and a particularly hot weekend. Upon mentioning to the host that it was a little warm, they delivered a second brand new fan in 30 minutes to our doorstep and it was perfect and made our stay so comfortable. Wonderful service! We will be back and 100% recommend this cute little pad.
