A beautiful retreat setting, surrounded by woodland and mountains but still accessible to some lovely towns and restaurants nearby. Being familiar with Glendalough already we wanted to discover another part of the mountains and we got exactly that. The house itself is perfect for us. Everything you would need in a functional Airbnb but with the aesthetic of a Scandi influenced decor. The Living Room is a dream place to have to do some work from and chill later in front of the log fire. Great hosts and a lovely family of friendly goats and donkeys. Definitely will want to come back again and use a base in this region.

We had an absolutely stunning stay in this little holiday cottage! It was cosy and comfortable with everything needed available. The outside area is peaceful and the perfect place for a quiet cup of coffee. The surrounding areas are walkable and the nearby nature reserve is breathtaking. Carol is a lovely host who is friendly and attentive. We would love to stay again.

Comfortable and cosy place, good for 2 people. Place is beautiful, open garden, plenty of space for morning and evening walks. Frances was very sweet and supportive, clear instructions were shared in advance and guided us with local spots to visit. She also told us to try Ice skating, amazing experience. We loved the overnight stay and would love to go back again soon.
