Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Balatonőszöd

We had a super nice, pleasant holiday in this beautiful villa. The house is very well equipped, has a nice terrace and a beautiful garden with many trees, which give the necessary cooling during the hot summer days. (the airconditioners in the bedrooms are also a great added value) The quiet beach is around the corner (approx. 200m) and with the wagon you can easily take all your beach equipment with you. On foot or by bike you will be in the center at the bakery, small supermarket or restaurant. Highly recommended to discover the Balaton and this beautiful region.

Our stay was just perfect! The place was immaculately clean, cozy and well equipped. We were particularly impressed by the wellness area – the sauna and jacuzzi were clean and ideal for relaxing. The hosts were incredibly friendly and always helpful. The location was quiet, perfect for a relaxing time. Everything was the same as in the description, if not better! For the past few years, we’ve been spending the Holidays in Hungary, in various houses near lake Balaton. So far, this house was the most comfortable, for our family of 7. The ground floor is well equipped for cooking, chilling and spending the day together. We enjoyed making the fire and sitting in front of the fireplace on the large sofa. It added extra coziness to our stay. The bedrooms for 8 people are upstairs. The beds are really comfortable, as several of us noted after the first night. There are 3 toilets and 2 showers in the house, so we never needed to wait in line. The house itself is renovated and furbished with great taste. In the garden, there is fire pit and grill, also outdoor seating facility, although we haven’t spent time outside because of the cold winter weather. We hope to return in the upcoming years.

My family and I had an excellent time staying at Marta’s place. The pool, hot tub, ping pong table and foosball table were just some of the highlights. We loved the extensive amount of outdoor living space. Some days we used the outdoor grill and even made a porkolt over the gas burner which was already full of gas for our use. We had a few ants in one of the bedrooms and Marta was quick to send somebody over to rectify the situation. Lucky for us the house had enough bedrooms where this was a non issue. My son accidentally broke the glass of one of the kitchen cabinet doors and Marta was very easy to deal with it. I would highly recommend this place again and would consider staying again if my family and would re visit the Balaton. Thank you Marta for the great stay.

I have nothing but praise for Anett's property and her exceptional hosting. The area is a peaceful village by beautiful Lake Balaton, surrounded by green fields and vineyards. We loved cycling around, hiking to nearby attractions, and spotting wildlife. It was a true experience of tranquility and nature. The vacation home is delightful - beautifully furnished, spacious, and well-equipped. Our family of seven stayed comfortably for ten days. The large balcony overlooks a garden full of fruit trees, adding to the charm. Anett is an outstanding host. Her communication was excellent, and she went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Thoughtful touches like children's games, books, bicycles, and local maps truly elevated our experience. The house had everything we needed and more. It's rare to find such a well-prepared vacation home with so many amenities. In summary, every moment was enjoyable. For us, it was a dream vacation in a perfect setting.

A great place to stay for a quiet and active vacation - perfect location in a very quiet area. The house is brand new, beautiful, clean and very stylish! I recommend!!! I also appreciate the communication with the host, which was great. 2 bedrooms for 2 couples, we had a private one. Terrace overlooking the garden, including a barbecue. Parking in the backyard. I really recommend the stay.

We had a great time. Nothing was ecstra, but we missed this, we want to go here next time.

The apartment was clean, easy to find and equipped with all we needed. I recomand it!

Eva’s place is very nice, full of wood, spacious, has everything you need for cooking, a great garden with a playground for little children. We really had a wonderful time there. The only things that bother us was the squeeky floors as we needed to put our kids to sleep and be able to leave the room and it was hard to do that without waking them up and the spiders - although we know that they are common in this area. Eva gave us info about all we needed, she and her husband are very nice and helpful and the area is quiet and nice.

We came to Hévíz for treatment. The apartments are conveniently located, a good road junction. Despite being some distance from the bath, even for a person with leg problems, the movement did not bring discomfort. The apartment has everything you need for your stay, comfortable sleeping places. The remoteness of the apartment provides quiet and peaceful evenings for family leisure. Thank you very much.

We had a very pleasant stay at Bernhard and Ingrid's cottage, they were very welcoming and we were able to enjoy the pool when we came back from our excursions. The cottage is in the quiet countryside it is very pleasant and the garden is very well maintained by the hosts. A quick tip all the same, it takes a car to be able to enjoy the surroundings Our kids also loved there are games at their disposal (swings, trampoline and sandbox) We had a lovely week of vacation thank you!!

Our second stay with Viktoria and Zoli was as good as the first. The place is nice, close to Lake Balaton, and has all that you need. Most appreciated is the availability of bikes to get around in Balatonboglar. Viktoria and Zoli are excellent hosts. They respond swiftly to any message and try to help whereever possible. Zoli was so kind to pick us up at the railway station and get us there on the checkout although we had to catch an early train - a great extra service.

We had a great stay at this apartment! Everything matched the photos perfectly, and the place was very clean upon arrival. The only downside was the unreliable internet connection, but other than that, everything was excellent.

It's a spotless modern apartment, kitchen is thoughtfully equipped, and my kid loved the trampoline and climbing frame in the garden. Katalin is responsive and very flexible, I can only recommend her and her place. We had a lovely stay there.

In September, Siofok is very calm, perfect for longer walks. The apartment itself is in a good location, well-equipped. You can use the hot tub. Seamless check-in and communication with your host.

We were very welcomed by Gyula's wife, who was helpful throughout, and we had any questions. It was a comfortable stay, very nice neighborhood. The apartment had everything we needed. We'd love to go back anytime!

its the third time i returned to this wonderful condo and its still the best place! tiny but has everything youll need. cafes, restaurants, beach is within 5 minutes yet its so quiet!

We had a perfect stay at Panna's apartment! It's perfect for two people. Right at the lake with a beautiful view, the balcony is awesome... I totally recommend the apartment and Panna as a host! We'd love to come back anytime...

Had a great stay at Steven’s for a few days. The unit looks bigger than in the photos, and we had enough space to move around in even with 2 large luggages and a cot set up. Had several requests to Steven, and he was very fast to address each one of them - just very easy to communicate with overall. Would definitely recommend!

We stayed here with our three young kids, and it was perfect! The location is amazing—everything you need is just a short walk away. The private parking spot was super convenient for day trips around the lake to visit other towns. George was really helpful and quick to reply both before we arrived and when we were checking out. Highly recommend!

Very good location, well-equipped place to stay.

The host is kind and welcoming. She greeted us and explained everything about the place to stay and recommended some tips for a trip where we can go in the area and the dog. Being nice, clean, cozy, and equipped for full-fledged living. We felt comfortable. We can highly recommend it.
