Beautiful place highly recommended very clean home met the expectations of the pictures.

This space was very spacious, actually way more than I originally thought. Host was very responsible and flexible as well. Everything we wanted was super close by, will definitely be looking into making more memories at this place. Truly felt right at home.

Came in to race the San Felipe 250 and wanted a place that was peaceful and relaxing while not on the race course. This home was exactly what we were looking for in a home away from home. Sunrise from the rooftop was amazing. Would highly recommend booking this home

The pictures do not do this place justice. It is absolutely beautiful and the perfect location on the beach with local store and food spots conveniently located right outside. Amy left us a cute welcome message with some wine that made us feel right at home. The house is close to the downtown area and puerto Nuevo. I would highly recommend staying here if you’re planning a trip to Rosarito.

Loved the house. Dirt road NOT a problem and consistent with all roads in Baja. The house is huge - high ceilings three floors with huge staircase so if you wanna get the whole place warmed, I found the perfect trick. I put the space heater on the very bottom floor and just left it on at 70° in the house remained cozy throughout our stay. DEFINITELY BOOKING AGAIN. My sister stayed in a rental down the street and came over for dinner and all my nephews truly enjoyed the rock climbing wall as did we. It was such a great addition to the house. So many good things to mention just rent it, bring extra blankets, some extra water and some extra cleaning supplies, but that standard with your Airbnb‘s.

Everything was excellent, there was only one incident with the hot water (due to recent rains), but the host responded immediately. Totally recommended!

Second time staying. It's not squeaky clean, but it doesn't pretend to be. I love the space and works perfectly for me and my 2 dogs.

This was the perfect place for our group. Somehow it looks even better in person than the photos. Karla was an amazing host, very responsive with great recommendations and help - her host at the property, Luis, was also incredible. Great access to the beach, restaurant, gym, beach volleyball, and private pool! We would absolutely return! The area was very safe, with easy access into town. The resort also had a front desk which helped us organize taxis into town for 16. This place was the perfect combination of resort and airbnb holidaying. Thank you Karla!

Place was clean, and looked exactly as in pictures Philip provided very clear instructions and responded quick to our questions.

We truly enjoyed the short walk to the beach. I took less than aminute to get to the beachy area. We had some issues with the hot tub and they where very responsive to it. They answered our messages even though it was 10:30 p.m. We would definitely stay there again.

Our vacation to Baja California was amazing and this place played a huge factor. The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful and accommodating to our wheelchair access needs. 10/10 amazing place to stay, close to lots of stores and food spots. the hosts recommended a taco place nearby that we walked to and it was delicious. Very thankful to have came across this wonderful place and great hosts!!

The house was great with plenty of room for our party. Our host was very nice and helpful. it's only a 10 minute drive to El Malecón and the beach. there were a few really good places to eat nearby as well. it was our first time in Puerto Peñasco and we didn't really know what to expect but we had a great time and will likely be booking this home again next time we go back. thank you.

Great place we booked at the last minute it was very nice

felt like staying with an old friend we had such a great time at david’s place. he was super welcoming and made us feel right at home from the start. traveling with our two dogs and kitten can be tricky, but david was totally accommodating and kind. the neighborhood was quiet, clean, and felt really safe. we loved that it was just a short walk—maybe two minutes—to a beautiful private beach. it was the perfect spot for walks with the dogs. david’s generosity and warmth made our stay extra special. we’d definitely come back and recommend his place.
