I had an absolutely amazing stay at Beth’s Airbnb! The location couldn’t be better it’s in a very safe neighborhood and just minutes away from everything, making it super convenient for exploring the area. I always felt comfortable walking around, even at night. The cleanliness of the home was truly outstanding. Everything was spotless and well-maintained, making the space feel fresh and inviting. It’s clear that Beth takes great care in ensuring a high standard for her guests. Beth herself was a fantastic host friendly, attentive, and always ready to help if needed. She made sure I had everything for a seamless and enjoyable stay. If you’re looking for a safe, clean, and perfectly located place to stay, I highly recommend this Airbnb. We enjoyed our stay at Russell's place very much! The kids had a blast, despite the fact that the pool was construction. There were plenty of things to do at the resort. We just wish that the resort was not in the middle of nowhere.

We had a wonderful time. We all had our own bed to sleep in. The casa was spacious and comfortable.

This was our second time staying at this home in San Antonio Del Mar w/our pup. Private safe gated community w/beach access. Only 10min drive to downtown Rosarito. Very spacious with an ocean view & jacuzzi. Joel is an excellent host! Definitely recommend & look forward to staying again!

First of We have stayed at many Air B nBs this was our favorite by far! Once you see the view first thing in the morning you won’t want to leave! Our host was wonderful and I certainly felt like we were in good hands! She even has the most informative card on the kitchen counter with all the info you need! We will definitely be back with friends! The place is so pretty and built to entertain! We had a blast collecting shells too!

Great place and location

John & Lizzy’s place, and their hospitality, is truly outstanding. Leading up to our stay they were extremely responsive, provided recommendations for private chefs and local activities which we utilized. Upon arriving John greeted us and gave us a thorough tour to cover anything we would need to know about the house. We had 16 staying for a long weekend and everyone had a comfy bed to sleep in, plenty of restrooms and an abundance of space to hang out in - this place is truly massive. The kitchen is stocked with everything you could ever need and has TWO fridges. The pools were pretty cold to swim in, but we utilized the hot tub every day which was the cleanest airbnb hot tub I’ve ever seen. This is in a gated community that you feel incredibly safe in which was important for a girls trip in Mexico. The guards even drove us to dinner down the street at Splash one night! All in all, our expectations were exceeded. Kudos to John & Lizzy for making our experience special, we will be back

My family and I throughly enjoy our visit to Las Gaviotas. The community was safe and well maintained. The house was beautiful! We appreciated the extra blankets and space heaters especially at this time of year. Karen was in touch with us and answered all of our questions. We absolutely appreciated being able to leave later than 10:00 the morning we left. My family and I would love to come and visit again!

This place was phenomenal. It is the best experience we have had in Rocky Point. The home staff made it unmatched, the food was delicious and the home was kept clean. It was a group of ladies and we felt safe and there was plenty of room. We will be back!!

The location is simply stunning, with breathtaking views of the ocean right from the patio. The house itself is spacious, and clean, making it the perfect getaway for relaxation for our family What truly set this experience apart was our host, Ernesto. From the moment we arrived, he was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Ernesto went above and beyond, providing local tips and recommendations that made our trip even more enjoyable. His warm hospitality made us feel right at home. If you're looking for a perfect beach escape with an exceptional host, this San Felipe house is the place to be!

This is a hidden gem in Rosarito BC area. Great host and family, secluded, totally private, hands-down nice place!

Very peaceful and safe area. The house is even larger than the photos. Bedrooms and bathrooms are on opposite sides of the house for added privacy if needed. Everything was very clean and well taken care of. The view cannot be beat with views of the ocean, surfers, and cruise ships, not to mention the sunsets! The power went out during a storm for about 8 hours, but the host provided flashlights so we didn’t have to sit in the dark. Very safe area in gated community and very helpful security. We loved our stay!

THE ACCOMMODATION IS AS WELL AS IN THE PHOTOS, WITH VIEW AND DEPARTURE DIRECTLY TO THE BEACH, WE HAD AN AMAZING TIME, JUST BE AWARE THAT IN EASTER THERE ARE MANY PEOPLE AND SOME NEIGHBORS CAN BE LOUD, BUT IN THE DEPARTMENT THERE IS ALMOST NO NOISE FROM OUTSIDE. WE'LL DEFINITELY BE BACK !!!

An excellent place for 😎 family vacations! And they always took care of us and helped us with what we needed. Eduardo, the manager, is a great person and very helpful, the facilities are very clean, and the area is very quiet. As an observation, the signage for the villas needs to be improved because time is wasted looking for the location. Other than that, everything was excellent! We'll be happy to come back.

Hands down, one of my favorite Airbnbs! Boan was extremely responsive and helpful to make sure we had an excellent stay. The home was beautiful and allowed for a relaxing time right on the beach! Would stay again!

The house is great. Lots of authentic charm and right on the beautiful Playa Encanto. Close to the resort down the beach where they have some great restaurants.
